Transferred over from Verizon and decided to purchase one in person instead of online. I bought this one with the care package and took it home, threw it on the charger, and the temperature sensor in the phone was dysfunctional. Took it back the next day and my WalMart exchanged it right away and programmed my new one. Great customer service! I've had the second one for a couple days now, and it is keeping up with my old Verizon phone just fine for coverage and is better speed wise than the old phone, thus far. The 3g is pretty quick, as well. Decent phone...for now.
I really like this phone, aside from one thing: It has very little app space and you cannot send apps to an external SD card. Lucky for me, I don't need a lot of apps. I was able to download Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Snapchat and Instagram, but that is about all it will allow. I have very few photos and a couple videos I took, and now it's starting to warn me constantly about low space. If you like a ton of apps and want to hold a lot of pictures/videos on your phone, this is NOT the phone for you. If you are new to smartphones, or don't need many apps, then this is not a bad phone at all. Other than low app space, I haven't had any trouble with this phone. It will not let you delete the apps that come pre-installed on it, unfortunately. A lot of them are junk that I won't ever use. However, it does everything I need it to so I will stick with it until it's time for an upgrade. Definitely can't beat the price.
battery does not fit properly,i returned it by mail and still havent gotten a refund yet,its been about two weeks
First and foremost, a phone should never shut down unless you want it to shut down! My boyfriends phone shuts itself off, and only way ya can turn it back on is plug it back in!!! Hiking in the woods, shopping at Walmart, falling off a roof. Its turned off, and no plug in? Bad phone,time for a new one!!
Where's the sim card
I never got the chance to use the phone because the battery didnt fit the phone!!! Very Frustrated!!!!!
Could not get network in area ..other friends have net 10 but this one doesn't work for our area... beware
The battery supplied does not fit into the phone. Someone else reported the same problem, so it isn't just me. For additional insult, the get-started-guide does not even mention that you need to install the battery into the phone. I had to waste time doing online search to find the instructions. But, at any rate, this is way below the minimum level of expectations for any product.
