this is a great fone with good price. good camera. if you want a cheap and good Samsung fone, this one is good.
Great phone for the price works better than i thought
Bought A13 5g and its really awesome
the phone itself is and was a good purchase BUT...i am a straight talk customer whom wished to remain one.... simple mobile while im not accusing them to be nefarious was most assuredly deceptive. intent was to deceive and they did... ultimately the fault lies with me for not double triple checking b4 purchase... so if this is you make sure your not fooled by the color scheme and fonts... your eyes may be tricked... real shady tactics...i won't switch a company so willing at deception is a hard Pass
the sales person was so careless that he walked out the door with thevproductvwithout swipping it. the phone is no good to me because i cant activate it. walmart where do you get these employees?
This was the wrong phone. Also your Straight talk people in the store would NOT assist me with set up for the iPhone SE I ordered. The Chelsea store refused to touch phone and the Inverness straight talk lady screamed at me and would not allow me to talk. This straight talk is a bunch of crap. It is false advertising because they WILL NOT help you. I want a refund on both of these phones. You customer service is CRAP

Need help transferring SIM card from old phone.
phone will not work. Walmart does not want to give refund because package was opened.
Ad said this was a Samsung phone, but when I tried to activate it, it showed that it was a track phone. This phone cost me over a hundred dollars. I can buy a POS track phone for $35. Seller says it is not eligible for return, no returns on phones. I have been ripped off!
