I did not see any claims on the packaging for how long it keeps things warm or cold, but it seemed to work fairly well. About as well as an Igloo cooler with similar insulation thickness. I see the functionality of the hook, but have not used it yet. With some real world scenario drop tests, everything stayed together and scratches were cosmetic. After a few drops on concrete though, the spout did come a bit loose and leak, but snap it back down and was fine again.
I got this because I wanted a large capacity cooler to keep drinks cold for sporting events, vacations, working in the yard, any sort of outdoor activity! This jug is perfect for what I wanted it for! It holds plenty of my favorite cold beverage, has a derinking spout with convenient flip open attached cap to keep out dirt, debris, insects, or any other contaminants, and had 2 hooks built into the handle! I love that this is a large capacity cooler, easily holding a gallon of my favorite drink! The cap for pouring & drinking is great as well! My favorite feature, though, is the sturdy plastic hooks on the handle! I love that I can hang this from my stroller, garden fence, or lawn mower handle, to keep refreshingly cold drinks at hand when I need them most. I carry this everywhere, the beach, sporting events, my garden, etc. very easy to transport with the handle or the hooks & keeps my drinks nice & cold! I’d recommend this to anyone!
This beverage jug is bigger than I thought it would be. I know that it is a gallon jug, but for some reason I thought it looked smaller in the picture. The jug arrived in a decent amount of time, in pristine condition and packaged well. The color really pops off this jug as well; the red is very vibrant. The jug was super clean inside, although I suggest still washing it out before first use. The top screws and unscrews easily, and the seal holds very well, no leakage. I love the little spout on the top that you can open to pour your beverage out, it's not too big and clicks tight and secure. This jug, even with a beverage inside, is not heavy at all, very easy to carry. Overall, I would definitely recommend this jug for a trip to the beach or just a day sitting outside enjoying the weather and relaxing.
Has a unique handles design that allows you to place it horizontal on a table. Once on its side you can open the spout for pouring into a glass. 1 gallon size. Comparable to Coleman jug.
What can I say?this works great for somebody that loves the outdoors as much and me and my family do.We go camping,park,beach and can even use it for work. Holds one gallon and keeps my drinks cold. It’s bpa free,and leak resistant. We take it everywhere we go and saves space on our other cooler.
This is a great water jug for work or for traveling. The water stays cold, it has a sleek design and a handy hook, that is so useful! It Is well made.
I thought this would be a great way for me to get my daily intake of water, however when I unpacked it from the box...I was completely shocked just how large it really is! I thought, now THIS is what I need for my dogs' water on a road trip!!! Thank you Walmart and Igloo!!
Hey y’all. I got this product and we love it. We were taking multiple water bottles at a time and not we take this. Its just enough in size. It doesn’t leak. You can hook out on to a stroller. You can hook it to a backpack. Take it any where you go.
I have ordered a lot of items here online over the years. Other than buying food there are lots of problems with non-food items. I paid for a 1 gal jug and received a 1/2 jug. If you are buying electronics or non-food items from Walmart I recommend going into the store or somewhere else.
Damaged when I had it delivered and received it from the local walmart. With the condition it is in, I do not think it was damaged during delivery. Will be returning it for a refund. Hopefully the next one I order does not get delivered damaged.
