Very happy with it. if your trying to lose just a little or a lot this is wonderful easy to use and I havent had it for long and already lost 5 lbs dont sound like a lot but if you go at any diet right .you should only lose 1-2 lbs per week. safely.don't over do any thing . not good. and as any diet ask a Doctor first. and then go slow. when you lose it that way it stays off/ but this is a great Product.
I love Barry's Bootcamp. Its fun and the 1 minute intervals work up a sweat. The bands and their resistance levels are great! Tooo get the full effect you should order the other 2 bands on his site. Barry's Booty Camp (not included) is awesome too!
This is the perfect way to lose weight and sculpt your body. If you need to lose 100 or more, or just 10 pounds, this will work! I lost 48 pounds in five and a half months. No going hungry, no crazy pills that make you sick, nothing bad. Just some sweat and work :) Just follow what Barry says. Do the workouts (there is a plan included) and eat right (it's all in the booklet) and workout. I saw results after SIX DAYS! My abs looked great and my shorts didn't fit anymore...six days! These workout burn fat, even fat I was told I could never lose from my thighs melted away. There are other DVDs you can buy later as well so you can mix it up a bit. The website is amazing and free! The support is amazing and Barry and Cindy will answer questions there. You will love your new body. I went from a size 16 to a 0. The results are fast! I never thought after having seven kids (2 sets of twins) that I could look like this at age 37.

THIS WAS MY FIRST PURHCASE ONLINE, AND I WAS WEARY OF WHAT I WOULD GET. ONCE I GOT IT HOME, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND THIS WAS A SERIOUS HEALTHY EATING AND WORKOUT REGIMEN. COMPLETE WITH AN EATING GUIDE, AND WORKOUTS THAT WORK. MY SISTER IS DOING THEM WITH ME, AND SHE SAID THEY ARE THE SAME WORKOUTS SHE DID WHEN SHE WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS THAT KEPT HER FIT. This workout dvd is great. Most workout videos are total body workouts. I like that you can workout what area you want to. Upper body one day, lower body the next. I can choose which area to focus on. I love this workout set.
Purchased the product 2 weeks ago. After inflating the ball, it split. Had to return.
