This is the most amazing product I've ever used! Our kitty was sick and sprayed in the corner of our bedroom but we didn't know it for quite a while. Then we realized what happened and I tried a couple of other products to no avail. I decided to go online and found Nature's Miracle. I used it according to the directions and within a few hours the odor was completely gone! I couldn't believe it! I will never be without this product. It truly does what it claims to do. Thank you so much for making our lives easier!
Dog out in the backyard late at night got sprayed in the face.. This product helped but to be honest it took numerous applications, leaving in on, then shampooing the dog, rinse dry etc.. after 4 weeks, it is still there when you smell from close. So it helped but really it's time that it takes..
I have used this product for several years and find it works pretty well, but the fragrance is too strong. Do you have a product that is fragrance free, for those of us who are fragrance-sensitive?
This was a great product and although it removes pet odors I will never use it again. They added to horrid perfumes to it and I am allergic to perfumes! Now I refuse to use it again. I want the old product back. It worked and did not add any scents that just make me nauseated, itchy, and short of breath!
This used to be the best of the best but the recent last couple of years changes in the fragrance used causes these problems at my house: 1. Fragrance is so strong you can not tell when the cat odor is gone. The odor comes back stronger than it used to because you don't know to spray it again until it's too late. 2. Even when I have sprayed it multiple times in a row and then waited, the product does not resolve cat urine problem any more. 3. I had no problem reacting to the fragrance in the old formulation. Now my nose itches, eyes burn and I sneeze while using this product.
This evening I bought two bottles of Nature Miracle Enszymatic Stain & Odor Remover. After came home i sprayed the one whole bottle -- 24 ozs inside a my wardrobe cabinet. I waited more than 4 hours and opened the doors and all of a sudtden the odor came out so strong my Astma flared at once. It took me about 45 minutes back to be myself after taking my medication. I did not expected this. Then i just reviewed the comments from your previous customers and noticed that your solution can make people sick. The bottles that i purchased it has citrus fragance in it.
We had to tear up our bedroom carpet and padding due to cat accidents from previous owners. We were advised to use Nature's miracle, then seal the floors. This Spray is absolutely terrible. I have developed asthma which I had never had in my life. My two young children cannot sleep in their adjacent rooms. We are having to stay at a hotel because of the strong odor that is this Natures Miracle Spray. I wish we would have just kept the urine smell because it didn't make us physically ill.
Wife bought this to deal with small puppy accident on rug in dining room. Long story short - I'd rather smell fresh night soil and fecal exudate (apparently I"m not allowed to use the word that begins with and S and ends with a T) than this disgusting, over-perfumed, foul stink. How anyone can possibly think this is a good solution to deal with any kind of pet waste odor is mystifying to me. Sickening. I will be dragging the rug outside tomorrow to try and rinse the horrendous stink caused by THIS PRODUCT out of the rug. Give me the receipt, honey because this garbage is going back to the store.
Nature's Miracle (the original, one and only formula) used to be THE product I always kept to handle ANY pet mess. If I could buy the original formula I would in a heartbeat, but I can't use any of the "new & improved" formulas. Even if I can figure out exactly which of the many formulas I need for the mess at hand, I can't get past the overpowering, artificial smell of any of them. Aren't they supposed to remove odors? The original product worked great - no need to "speed up the odor removal process"** - and it smelled like alcohol, and that smell went away soon after using. **Added fragrance cannot affect the odor removal process, it only covers up the odor; when I used it as directed, the old product removed the odor with no need to cover it up.** The old formula ingredients were natural (thus the name "Nature's Miracle"). The new products have new ingredients that don't seem to be natural at all (what exactly is "odor counteractant", anyway?), and they leave a sickening chemical fragrance behind - and NOTHING can eradicate it. When I say sickening, that's exactly what I mean - chemical fragrances are NOT safe for people or their pets. That's why you have hundreds of reviewers here saying they don't like the fragrances, they cause headaches, asthma, burning noses, other respiratory problems, etc. l would ask you what ingredients are in your fragrances, but I would bet your company doesn't even know - the fragrance industry doesn't have to disclose their ingredients because they are a trade secret. But what we do know about "fragrance" as an ingredient is that it is not good for our health; it is known to be toxic to the immune system, to have allergenic effects, and is possibly toxic to the respiratory system; there is moderate evidence that it is a respiratory irritant, and is toxic to wildlife and the environment. (Check out Environmental Working Group's database regarding fragrance in consumer products). And our pets are even more adversely affected than we are because they are smaller. They can't tell us that the products we are using give them a headache, or asthma, or make their eyes burn, but if it affects us, we can bet it affects them, too. I don't understand why your company deemed it necessary to change the formula. But it's ok to admit your mistakes and go back to the way it was before. Obviously, someone there reads this customer feedback, because there are so many responses. But the only response that would be truly helpful would be to say, "OK, customers - we hear you. You can buy the original formula here and here and here." You seem to have forgotten your market - the reason I buy a product called "Nature's Miracle" is because I am looking for a natural product - just some enzymes and alcohol, no potentially toxic chemicals. Please return the product that lives up to its name! Until you do that, I (and many others, apparently) will not buy what you're selling!
I purchased natures miracle for the first time. I had high hopes but I didn't work. I followed the directions to the T and my dog keeps going in the same spot. Not happy spending over $12 for something that doesn't even work. What a waste of money. I don't have the receipt so I cannot even return it to the store.
