I purchased this item for a baby shower gift. The parents to be were well pleased.
I got this like 3 months ago before they put it online. I must say I love it and can't wait until April so my baby can love it to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's easy to put together and it comes with a screw driver. ^_^
Easy assembly, delivered fast. My daughter loves this vibration and music. It really comforts her and is great to move throughout the house.

This bassinet has been perfect for our new baby girl. She's been sleeping in it for about 4 1/2 months now, and overall we love it. It's comfortable for her and she definitely prefers it over her crib. The only flaws I would mention would be that the canopy comes off all the time and the storage underneath isn't lined with anything to support it, so the material shifts down. But I love the night light, it's not too bright, so it doesn't bother the baby when you just want to check on them in the middle of the night. Also, it was pretty easy to assemble.
I love this bassinet. It's great for the price. The only thing I would change is the fact that you have to manually have to rock it.
Previously I ordered a cars toy box and you didn't send a screw so to this day that toy box still does not have a screw in it. Then I ordered a white set of Chest of drawers and you didn't send one of the handles for the drawers. Still sitting with no handle bar to open one of the drawers. Now this bassinet-one of the holes for the screws was not threaded appropriately and I could not get the screw to budge. Thankfully my husband has the brains to try to make it work regardless. So after taking three times as long he finally got it to work. I am so disappointed with the majority of your products. Only a handful that I've gotten have actually had all the pieces and went together the correct way.
