The color is a cream white, great for a baby girl!! I knew what i was ordering and it was a good joice
First of all...People should not base a review on a crib on thier mistake of color. I was looking for a pearl/off white crib and I am very happy with my choice. I love this crib! My husband was able to put it together in about 1.5 hours with little trouble. The directions were not extremely clear, but he figured it out. It is sturdy and looks very nice. I am very happy with my selection.
I absolutely love this crib. It IS off- white, but exactly what I needed to match our coastal off-white armoir. My hubbie put it together in about an hour and said it was easy. It looks great in our little boys nursery. I painted over the screws so they weren't as noticeable. Looks expensive and very pleased!
After looking around at different cribs we finally decided on the Parkercrib. We had it shipped site to store and was received promptly within 4-5 days. Once we got it home and opened the box we were extrememly disappointed that this crib is NOT white as described but more of yellow cream. We did not even try and put it together. The coloring of the crib would make it hard to match any other truely white furniture you may have. I am extremely disappointed in the way this product was advertised. I would have expected this if it was written up as antique white but not white as it states. Oh well!!!!
I had looked at cribs for quite a while and finally decided to buy the Parker crib. I received it quickly and was very pleased till I opened the box and realized the crib was cream colored and not white. I was extremely disapointed. I wanted a white crib to go with my white changing table and pale yellow walls. I guess I'll start looking all over again. I'm sure this is a nice crib, just don't expect it to be white.
I REGISTERED FOR THIS CRIB SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. MY MOTHER IN LAW BOUGHT THIS FOR US AND GAVE IT TO US AT OUR SHOWER. WE WERE SO EXCITED TO GET SUCH A NICE GIFT. ONLY TO GET IT HOME AND IT NOT BE WHITE. THE COLOR IS CLOSER TO A CREAMY YELLOW. IT IS AWEFUL! NOW I HAVE HAD TO DRAG THE CRIB BACK TO WALMART AND ORDER ANOTHER ONE. I JUST HOPE I GET THE CRIB BEFORE THE BABY GETS HERE. THIS IS NOT AT ALL A PROBLEM WITH WALMART THOUGH, IT IS A MANUFACTORING PROBLEM. THE SHIPPING TIME AND EVERYTHING ON WALMARTS END WAS GREAT!
