Very good and delicious. Similar to granola bar when you need a quick, easy snack in the run. Carb count won't derailed your diet.
I am a diabetic and I have determined how to balance my breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is the snacks in between each meal that can spike my glucose levels. These snacks satisfy my cravings and doesn't spike my levels. Since using these products I have an average glucose level of 104 for a 30 day period where it use to be 170+ and reaching as high as 220 on any given day.
These bars are one of my favorite Quest products. The mixture of the nuts and the tart cranberries is just perfect. It is my go to snack when I am in a hurry.

Bars have a really good taste, but texture is quite hard.
It's not that great it's real stiff almost as if it's stale
not a great combination. plain almonds and craisons taste better
