I took this for a week and lost 8 pounds, I look great guys are calling me all the time, I feel younger, sexy. I recomend this product. My niece also took it and lost 6 pounds even though she cheats often eating candy bars she continue to lose, she finally got a boyfriend, she is happy, she has energy to CLEAN her room and helps me with the kids. Try it you will see the difference.
I've been taking this pill for 7 days and have already lost 9 pounds. It's great. My only wish is that more pills came in a bottle. It gives me great energy and I don't feel hungery in between meals anymore. But I would def listen to the derections and don't take this pill 5 hours before bed, cause you're so filled with energy you can't fall asleep!
I have been on weight watchers for 6 months and was loosing at a steady pace until I started going to the gym 6 weeks ago and the weight loss stopped and I actually started gaining (no, not muscle that soon). My clothes weren't fitting any better either, talk about frustration. I am a very skeptical person when it comes to these types of products and usually avoid them at all costs. Well, my frustration got the better of me and I tried this Hoodia product and all I can say is thank god I did. It helped me break the 6 week stall and I have lost close to 7lbs within a week. The product just takes the edge off of cravings and now can eat more reasonibly. I have not experienced any side effects nor have I have any type of jitters. If you find yourself in a similar situation I would highly recommend this product.
I use this when my appetite has gotten the better of me and all I can think of is eating. This definetely quiets the hunger and I can get control of my eating again. In itself it will not lose the weight for me which I think a lot of people expect from diet aids. It certainly helps more than anything else I have ever used. I had to search for this brand as I have tried others that were much less effective. This brand is excellent. If you are looking for a little help to lose weight give this a try. I've had no bad effects and I am allergic to just about everything. I altenate taking it for a week and then not for a week. That way I am less likely to start "overriding" it's effectiveness.
This product is great if you're looking for some extra energy, but it's not much of a weight loss supplement. I followed the directions and even started a low calorie diet, but didn't lose any more weight than if I would have saved the twenty dollars and just ate healthier. I may buy it again just as an energy supplement.
I was hoping from the pervious reviews that this product would help. I wasn't looking to lose a lot of weight but for it to help curb my appetite and it did not help with this at all if anything it made me hungrier. Really disappointed.
It is just ok for me.. I am not a big person .. just wanted to try and lose a few extra pounds.. I didn't notice a difference really.. maybe within an hour of taking the pills I had some extra jittery-ness. :) but still wanted to eat like usual.. If I did lose anything it was very little.. but couldn't tell.. I don't think I will order again.. May work better for others?
I've switched to Hydroxycut Hoodia after I've finished Hydroxycut Pro. It worked well for about three days, but after that, my appetite increased and I gained a few pounds (I've been taking the suggested servings, which was a total of 4 pills per day). Currently, I'm still in the process of taking it, and I hope that it'll meet my expectations.
My husband has been taking this for a week and a half and he doesn't feel any different, he doesn't get any extra energy and he has not loose any weight either, he works out 5 days a week and he still needs to take a 5hr energy every other day to be able to function at work. Don't waste your money this isn't worth it
This is like a placebo; you think you are get the results once you take it but then a day or two later it has no affect on you. Not worth your money or time!
