I got this for free to test & it was perfect! The convenience of the k-cup pod for a cold/flu aid was something I've never seen before. There are only 8 pods in a box, but that's because they're individually wrapped. Seeing as you more than likely won't use them all up too quickly, this preserves them and keeps them fresh for next use. The flavor is great and it so soothing. You should finish the tea within 15-30 minutes after brewing. The nighttime version will make you drowsy about 30-45 minutes later. You'll have a restful sleep. Well i finally got sick and got a chance to review this product. Sore throat, headache, general blahness. A hot drink with therapeutic qualities sounded like just the thing. And it met expectations. Hot from my Keurig, it soothed my throat. It also made me feel quite a bit better in general. My mistake was not waiting until right before bedtime because this will definitely make you drowsy and a bit woozy. Please don't take this and plan to drive. The ease of making this is even better than heating up water in the microwave for a tablet. Just don't forget to rinse another cup of water through your machine after.
