Our great room is very bright, lots of light, so we have been looking at qled TVs for a while due to the glare. I have been watching the frame tv, waiting for a sale and I couldn’t be happier with our purchase! This tv is gorgeous! We did the 65” and it’s perfect, I wish we have bought it sooner. I love that there is just one tiny cord from the back of the tv for everything so we didn’t have to move any outlets. The art feature is amazing and I love the options. Buy this tv!!!
LOVE this tv! Beautiful picture and a wonderful collection of art. The subscription fee for unlimited access to all the art in the collection is nominal and completely worth it if you want to rotate your artworks. We also got the ornate gold frame for it and people don’t even realize it’s a tv until they notice the picture change.
The TV arrived in the delivery window. The boxing was solid and the TV came in with no scratches or dings. The unit works great and I could not imagine a prettier TV in the world.
Debated on whether to spend the extra money for this TV and frame. So glad we did. We absolutely love it and have received so many compliments on it too.
The seller responded and answered all my questions. Item shipped out quickly after purchase but was slow to be delivered as it is shipped by a freight company. Item arrived in new condition in unopened box. The delivery team placed it in room of choice and tested it to ensure it was in working order. Great purchase! Thanks!
WOW This TV is just beautiful, we love it. The pictures look like we are at the actual museum and the quality of the 4K is outstanding. We have not had any issues. It was easy to hang up as well, not too heavy. It was an easy purchase with Walmart.com and the delivery guys were awesome. They really do remove the TV and check to make sure it works and it did and looks amazing! Highly Recommend it.
I got a great sale price for this 65” Samsung Frame. I priced around. Walmart offered the lowest price even when adding protection plan. I did have to wait a month from purchase for its delivery but it did arrive. Overall it is worth the wait.
I'm very happy with this deal! BUT the mounting pieces provided are 2 Lefts instead of a Left and Right. That's been tricky!
Bought this TV for my new house after separating from an ex, who had previously purchased the older version, and we used it at our house prior to break up. I loved it so much and had to have it at my own place. My son and I got it in the house and began unboxing following the instructions. The box had a few spots of visible damage but I hoped all the styrofoam would have protected it. We lifted it out and placed on a blanket, put legs on, stood it up and removed the padded cover and saw the ridiculous amount of cracks in the screen. The frame was damaged as well. It looked like they literally threw it around during shipping and handling. We were really excited to get it set up. Had to box it back up to prepare for return. Walmart then sent a notification that they can’t arrange a fedex pickup for some reason. Took my son and I forever to unbox then box it up and load in my car. Now have to take it to the store. I’d rather purchase at the store and not have to deal with this again. So much time and effort wasted.
Walmart had this on sales for $1399 so I bought it and received order confirmation with estimated delivery date. 45 mins later I received an email from Walmart that my order had been cancelled due to suspected fraud to protect my credit card information. I called Walmart to let them know it was NOT fraud and to ask to reinstate the order. Walmart representative said that was possible but that the price of the TV was now $1,769. I asked for Walmart to honor the original price since cancellation was on their end but they would not. I talked to three different people before being transferred to Accounts Review Supervisor. She indicated that Walmart had changed their "Price Match" policy. It's not price match it is living up to Walmart's agreement. No integrity in that policy and horrible business decision. I'll never shop at Walmart again.
