I just cooked 2 loins for dinner guests and everyone thought they were wonderful. It is so easy anyone can serve these and be proud of the end product. I will definitely serve them again.
Loved this! I cooked it in the oven, as instructed. Once the temp reached 155, I took it out and covered it with foil for about 10 minutes. When there was about 15 minutes of cooking time left, I added some broccolini and a little bit of olive oil. I also turned the tenderloin about halfway though the cooking process. It was so tender we could cut it with our forks. Excellent light flavor too!
I can bake it, let it some in a frying pan, or put it in a Crock-Pot ‼️ The Crock-Pot is my favorite over white rice because it make garlic lemon gravy as well. I love your products.. I buy all your chili as well. It's great to have Hormel in my life🍗🥩 🌶️🍲

Our family loves hormel pork tenderloins ... We love cooking them in a crockpot with potatoes, onions, carrots...The lemon Garlic is absolutely amazing. The flavor is perfect and does not disappear when cooked. It is moist and tender and no need for a knife.
Made this yesterday, but after the recommended time, it wasn't close to being cooked. Turned up the temp to 400, made some crosscuts on top and poured some beer over it. I would've poured white wine on it, but it wouldn't leave my glass :) Roasted some sweet potatoes, onions and carrots. Small green salad and it was a delicious and healthy meal. Just had leftovers for lunch.

I love these loin filets. I throw one in a crock pot with some gemstone potatoes, cremini mushrooms and a little bit of chicken broth. It's always a favorite!
Served hormel pork tenderloin to guests last evening. Given the excessive amount of fat that had to be discarded I had servings for 3 people rather than all five guests. Embarrassing!!!! Never will purchase this brand again.
