Easy Cooking Instructions: Foster Farms Turkey Breast Tenderloins are an excellent choice for wholesome meals. To ensure tenderness, be sure not to overcook. For best results, refer to the cooking times and methods below. Stove Top Method: In large skillet, heat one tablespoon margarine or vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add tenderloins, lightly brown about 2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium. Add 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook 7 to 10 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and turkey is no longer pink. Broil/Grill Method: Spray broiler pan or grill rack with nonstick cooking spray, heat broiler or grill to medium. Place tenderloins on broiler pan or grill rack, brush with vegetable oil. Cook 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 minutes on each side until lightly browned and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and turkey is no longer pink.
