[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I will start by saying I'm literally the worst hard boiled egg maker there is. With that being said my kids totally love hard boiled eggs and every time they ask me to make them I dread it so much. My eggs always come out either not cooked enough or over done to were the egg sticks to the shell and just turns into a complete disaster. The Elite Gourmet easy egg cooker is the best product I think I have ever owned. I only Had three eggs at the time to try this out but I'm ecstatic about the results! In about 10 minutes I had the most perfect hard boiled eggs. There was no pot of water I had to wait to boil, and this product is small and so convenient to use. It can hold up to 7 eggs at a time. If anyone has issues making hard boiled eggs like my self this is definitely the product for you! My kids definitely enjoyed the eggs.

The eggs come out perfect each time and are so easy to peel. It's never been easier to make poached eggs! Instructions are easy to understand. I love the clear lid and watching it steam up. I have this in mint and looks cute in my kitchen. It doesn't take up much space at all. This product is eggcellent!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had the best of luck when it comes to making hard boiled eggs, mine always end up looking like they went through a war by the time I picked all the shell off. This egg cooker is absolutely amazing - super easy to use and the shells slide right off. I love adding hard boiled eggs to my tuna salad and with this egg cooker I don't have to plan ahead of time - boil the eggs, let them cool, etc., etc. all I do is place the eggs under the dome, press a button, wait for the buzzer then add the cooked eggs to ice cold water and I am ready to make lunch. These is also a tray for making omelets which I can't wait to try for hubby, the tray seems a little small but since we have been cutting back on portions it will be the perfect size.

The total time to do seven hard boiled eggs was slightly less than my stovetop. I made omelets, with the only issue being placing the cheese on top after and placing in broiler to brown. This will definitely be going in our camper as it is compact and simple. I just found my 2new Sunday brunch tool that will allow us the option of eggs to order.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Elite Gourmet Easy Egg Cooker is the best thing in my kitchen. This little gadget has made my life so much easier! My family eats a lot of boiled eggs and no matter what I tried they almost always were hard to peel. The Elite Gourmet Easy Egg Cooker is amazing and has changed my life, seriously... It is so easy to use, you fill the included measuring cup with water to the line for type of egg you want, I choose hard. Then pour the water on the metal plate, place the egg holder down, and put the eggs in the spots. Then you simply put the dome cover on and press the button, that's it!! It beeps when it is done and you place the eggs in an ice bath for a couple minutes and they come out perfect every time! They are so easy to peel and the shells usually come off in 2 pieces. It has simplified my busy life and this is my favorite thing. I have told everyone they need one, lol!! When you make poached eggs or omelets, you place the included trays on top of the egg holder, not directly on the metal tray like others have done, that will melt the plastic obviously. Poached eggs come out perfect as well. I haven't tried an omelet yet. After using, the metal try will have a little brown spot on it. After it cools down, just simply wipe with a wet paper towel with a little white vinegar and dish soap and then wipe again with just water on the paper towel, that's what I do and it looks new after that. Just buy it!! It's a life changer!!

It's a chore to boil them on the stove - they take forever, and then your kitchen smells like toots for 3 days. So when I had the chance to try out the Elite Gourmet Easy Egg Cooker, I was excited to do so. First of all, it's very aptly named - I don't think the process could be made any easier: plug it in, pour the measure of water in the reservoir plate, poke a hole in the wide end of the egg with the provided tool then place them in the holder, replace the lid, press the button, and wait. In about 10 minutes or so, your eggs are done, and perfectly cooked. The yolk is a lovely bright yellow, with not a hint of the gray tinge that they get when boiled on the stove. But I think my favorite thing has to be that this process is completely odorless! The booklet says that by poking the small hole in one end, it 'releases the sulfury compounds' that cause the unpleasant smell. I don't know where they go, maybe the hot steam vaporizes them or something, but there is no bad smell left behind, and it's awesome. I love this little gadget, and would recommend it to anyone who cooks eggs on a regular basis.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't used to like eggs, but was put on an egg only diet for health reasons, and grew to like it. This egg cooker lets you cook eggs, a number of different ways, and to potentially cook a lot of them at once -- perfect for making deviled eggs for instance! To use this egg cooker, just add the required amount of water, load your eggs into the container, add the egg shelf extender if you have more than 7 eggs, press the menu button to turn on, and wait the allocated amount of time. The alarm will beep when the eggs are done, after which you will remove the eggs and rinse them in cold water. There is a delay timer mode of up to 9 hours if you want to set your eggs up the night before. I wish there was a set it and forget it function, but I guess there's no easy way to cool down the eggs. It is handy to have a timer sound for when the eggs are done. You can also use this as a mini steamer, to poach eggs or make omelettes. There are little included poaching trays and an omelette tray. Make sure NOT to put the omelette tray or the little poached egg trays directly on the heating element, or the trays will melt. They are designed to sit on top of the egg tray holder. It says you can use this as a steamer for vegetables and rice, but for how small the steamer is, it doesn't make sense for me. I'd use this primarily for eggs, but it might be the perfect size to steam for one. It does recommend using distilled water for best results. I haven't used it long enough with tap to see discolouration. I might try occasionally steaming with a bit of vinegar to see if it helps. Overall this is handy if you cook a lot of eggs. I do wish it came in a different colour though!

The instructions are easy to understand. And, the cooker is simple to use. Basically, just add the water, add the ingredients, let the machine cook the food, and then enjoy. My husband thought the omelette was light, fluffy, and best of all delicious. Pros: Uses little electricity. Easy to understand directions. Doesn't heat up kitchen. Cooks by itself. No need to watch, stir, etc. Easy cleanup. Takes up little counter/cabinet space. Recipes booklet comes with it. Cons: Cannot add meat products [to omelette]. Only makes small omelettes. Overall, I like this little egg cooker. It "boils" 7 eggs, poached eggs, and makes omelettes. This is a lifesaver, just for the boiled eggs. Now, instead of putting eggs in a pot of water, waiting for it to come to a boil, then covering, turning off and letting rest for 20 minutes until done. I can just add a little water (depends on type of boiled eggs: soft, medium, hard), add eggs, cover, turn on. Then, the machine does the cooking. Boom! No sweat. I would definitely recommend this little kitchen addition. As a matter of fact, my 3 adult daughters saw it,and how easy it was to use, and they want it. So, I'm thinking Christmas presents for each of them. Because I'm not giving them mine. The next thing I'm going to make is boiled eggs, for deviled eggs.

I used it for poached eggs and within less than 14 minutes had 4 beautiful poached eggs. Also works very well for hardboiled eggs and small portions of fish, vegetables, and rice. It's small size makes it easy to store as well. Seems very well made and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The egg piercer included shows thoughtful design.
