This plush dog is a great size for a small child to carry under an arm. The dog is light weight and lays flat. The ears,legs, and tail are floppy. The fur is firmly rooted and the eyes and nose are quite secure. The best part is how silky soft the dog coat feels. Great little toy!
This little doggy is very soft, cute - and our daughter loves him. She named him Brownie and was quick to make him a "leash" with yarn. His brown fur is evenly colored with shades of slightly lighter and darker fur throughout. The fur length is just right being a bit on the shorter side and is extremely soft and smooth when holding him. The eyes, ears, nose and limbs all seem to be securely attached. Lastly his face shows that he was made with care. His eyes, ears and nose have been placed very well and gives him a fairly realistic look. I don't think that this dog would fall apart with regular play and should last for years.
Chocolate dog it's cute soft and cuddly. It's made well and Would be perfect size to fit in a diaper bag or a little one to sleep with or take with them for a car ride I recommend a little chocolate dog for kids of all ages
This dog is very soft and squishy. Would be great for a child to carry around with them. The seam stitching seems to be first rate. He has hard plastic eyes and nose so it would not be good for a dog's toy as they usually chew out the eyes and nose.
My son loves this dog. He's four and can't stop petting it. The face is very friendly and the fur is soft but not too long. No shedding or pilling so far. There are no cons about the dog. Eyes and nose are on very securely.
The Spark Chocolate Dog is cuddly, life-like, and so cute! I received this plush toy as a Walmart Spark Reviewer. As soon as I cut open the packaging it was in, everyone in our household shared oohs and aahs! It was hilarious that we all had the same reaction! So why should you get this plush, adorable pup? Here's the details: it measures 12" (30.48 cm) long and about 8.5" (21.59 cm) wide from ear to ear. It has a super soft and shiny, shaggy material that makes one want to cuddle up right next to it. The care instructions state on the tag 'Surface Washable.' So no worries about keeping pup clean. As I said, it looks so real! Still not convinced? See the photos for yourself. Nice, big floppy ears. Cute, dark beady eyes with a hard plastic nose. Labelled as for children ages 3+ and make sure to watch smaller kids carefully so they won't ingest those parts. Our kid is 6 and he loves his pup and has named it Ruff! No dissatisfaction with this at all. Everyone loves this pup from Spark!
Our kids love stuffed animals, and they were quite happy to have this stuffed dog join the family, as it were. It's very cute--a nice dark brown, soft fur, passive expression. It's not super high quality, and the fur seems to be the sort to want to let go of little bits without much struggle, but who cares? If a kid really plays with a stuffed animal, it's going to get shown some love! The size is good--it's not too small and definitely not too big. It's about a foot long and not bulky. It does, however, occasionally have somewhat of a bear look to it, depending on how you look at it; it's not the most accurate representation of a dog. In fact, my husband did think it was a bear when he first saw it. But it's cute! And fun! And the kids like it a lot.
My daughter is 4 and loves playing outside and putting her stuffed animals and dolls through a lot. This cute little puppy has held up to machine washing and adventures. It's not the softest doll she owns but is pretty cute and fluffy.
Upon receiving this stuffed toy to review, I was a little overwhelmed with the smell. It has a strange smell, which may have been from the bag it was shipped in, but after two days, it is still unpleasant. If I have to be honest, it smells like panty liners from the feminine hygiene products display. The stuffed animal isn't good quality that I usually see from Spark Brand. It is flimsy and reminds me of the cheap stuffed animals you win in the claw machines, or that you'd purchase at a dollar store. This isn't a product I would purchase for my children. I would spend extra and buy a better made you without the smell.
We were expecting the gray plush dog, but received the brown dog. The one we received is not as plush as what was pictured. This dog seems smaller and the fur looks cheap. Its very soft, though.
