I use this daily with no sensitivity. It does seem to whiten, as I drink coffee and tea daily. I like the taste and texture. The mouthwash is also great, and is fluoride free, which I prefer in case I swallow it.
The crest toothpaste is awesome, it whitens your teeth well. The shipping on the other hand was a different story. I received an empty plastic bag so I called the post office and they called the fedex location and ended up finding my box of toothpaste. It was in my mailbox by the end of the next day.
