better then Tylenol for teething fevers.
works well on pain and fever for approximately 4 hrs
This product made the teething pain for my 6 month old go away for the entire night! We use it on nights when he wakes up every 45 minutes crying in pain and after he takes it he sleeps the rest of the night! It does take like 30 minutes to kick in, but he loves the taste, it's a great price, and it WORKS. I've gotten 6 doses out of it and its still half full. I'll never use another brand again

this ibuprofen is just as effective as children's Motrin for a fraction of the price. My daughter refused to take Motrin because she hated the taste. She was struggling with a sinus bug and teething pain so we tried this instead of Motrin. Not only did this work but she actively asked for her next dose because she actually liked the flavor!
Honestly this is the best medicine I've given my children. Works really fast and honestly better than most name brands.
The medicine did not work as well as I thought it would. I had to purchase Advil Infants' Drops and that worked much better than the Equate Infants' Drops.
Horrible bottle top! I don't know if mine was defective or what but I could not get the darn thing open. I literally had to cut it off while my baby was screaming, waiting. Hopefully they aren't all like that
This was substituted because the brand name Motrin was out of stock. Normally I don't mind generic meds but this one smelled horrible. It had a rotten/sour smell and I didn't feel comfortable giving to my child.
