"I'm fully satisfied with my TV and the quality is great the price is good… But my disappointment by Walmart service department when I did buy my another TV TCL 43"" Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Smart Roku TV 43S431 from the store I lost my receipt I went back to the store to get copy of my receipt for manufacture warranty she said I need to get copy of serial number I did as instructed me then I went back to the service office they said sorry we can't help you then left with sadness and very disappointed…"
This is a bedroom TV in a short term rental. I receive complements on picture quality
Works great in our rental. I put it in guest mode and don't have to worry about guest having access to any of my accounts.
I had done some research and learned that this TV is an excellent TV for the price. And Walmart's price was lower than Amazon's!
Very user friendly %26 easy to set up. So far so good
The television was easy to set up. Our original remote works only for channel changes. The new ROKU remote is needed for volume changes. The remote and volume buttons are very small and a little hard to access.
Picture is great at a reasonable price. Kind of cheap that they don't ship it with the voice enabled remote control.
TV has a nice picture and the volume is okay. If you buy this TV I would recommend getting a soundbar too.
The TCL TV performs well - and it has the ROKU interface, which is far more intuitive than klunky Android, Google, confusing Amazon, or bloated DirecTV smart TVs and streaming devices I have used. Remote control is also superior - buttons are where you would expect them to be, and can be found by touch (for example the volume and mute buttons are on the side of the remote.
Everything went quite well. When we got there for our pick up we were not able to figure out the app to let Sam's club know we were there. I saw a young lady delivering other groceries. I told her our problem and she immediately took our order and we got our groceries. Why not use a phone call like Walmart does to make things much easier.
