It's nice having all of my apps on the TV without an additional piece of equipment and an all in one remote! Very high-quality have received many compliments on the TV and I ask what brand it is and where they can get it! It's fast, it recognizes other accounts and logs you and once you enter one account on your roku! It is very user-friendly & easy to navigate. Came very well packaged, with wonderful instructions and was very easy to mount to our wall. Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate for one moment and be scared to purchase this brand! It is a very well-made brand and television therefore I highly recommend this product!

Install was a breeze, setup very quickly to our needs, the picture is crystal clear, and the sound is superb, no sound-bar is needed. The family is very pleased with it. TCL is a great quality brand and this one fits all of our needs. Highly recommend and have already recommended to several of our friends!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All together from taking the TV out the box to setting it up 100% took around 5 min. Quick setup running on wifi was quick. Installing the apps in the store was smooth with no issues. For it being a 50 inch TV it is super light. Only negative mark I can give on this TV would be the placement of the leg stands, being so far apart you need to either mount it or have a dress that's longer to hold it up.

For setup you can do it all from your phone and even download the remote in case you misplace the one that comes with it because they are fairly small. setup probably took 25 minutes total, and we had all the apps we needed on it. my favorite feature is the fact that I can make the volume come from phone instead of the tv when my husband is sleeping so it's a bit quiter. the 4K makes the quality of the pictures nicer & you can control the brightness as well so it can be dimmer or brighter as needed, I also love that you can screenplay from your phone to TV also and we can watch spectrum cable.
