Had to make an adjustment to a few Windows 10 setting s but after that it worked well. Doesn't resume well if the PCF goes into sleep mode.
I just received a brand new zbook over 2k for work. I got this keyboard because it feels amazing. I had one similar years ago by Microsoft when you could just get the keyboard. I struggled getting that to work because I am motivated. and determined. Well my PC has everything you need for blue tooth. USB 4.0 yada yada yada. I will tell you I did everything every possible piece of information on how to rectify. I got it to work when the PC turns on, but if you stay away for more than 11 minutes it disconnects and there is no reconnecting unless you shut down. I installed new drivers, changed the support settings like MS suggested, I adjusted the radio power management and so much more. I took to the IT department and they spent time with it and stated its more issue than what its worth because not having a keyboard work when you are at work is frustrating, and stressful, which shortened my life span lol. The thing that really makes me go insane is the fact that its a Microsoft product, on a Microsoft operating system and it is this difficult to make it function. Yes I did the HP support scan, for the laptop and did all the other stuff trust me I know what I am doing I am in IT. I spent more thatn 30 hours attetmtinmg to get it to wrk and I couldnt so I am done with all blue tooth to PC devices. I will never again put myself in that situation. Why wont Microsoft create a scan that will fix this issue make it automatic, why do they torture me?
