Good action paced fighting game
Great quality and best price
Like the nostalgia of this set of arcade games. An interesting thing unlike any other game I know of is that you cat set the game's to just watch them play themselves through completely to the end credits
Just got it sooner through Limited Run Games already on Friday, no longer need it. I'll rate it 5 out of 5. Recommended for sure!
Love how the game unfolds easy to understand but yet challenging! Played for 6 hours straight the first night
It's finally here? Aparently this is the year of TMNT as we've had Shredder's revenge also released. The Cowabunga collection is surprisingly loaded with visuals and media with all the TMNT retro games for the NES, Super NES, Arcade, Genesis, and Gameboy. They even have media for Famicom, posters, ads, box art, almost anything you can think of. I picked up the collector's box, check out the review here! https://youtu.be/NaV-EvXL_C8
I think it's a good buy. Not only do you get alot of retro games, but you get alot of DVD-like bonus content such as alot of comic book covers, screenshots from all the TMNT cartoons, game instruction manuals, boxart, video game advertisements, game development documents, and more. It'll take hours just to see all of that. As for the games themselves, they are all a treat, and work well with any Switch controller, (even the Online NES ones) and offer many custom improvements, (like disabling sprite flicker, activating cheats, and such) giving you many ways to play each game. Each game even has it's own mini strategy guide giving you game tips, and even maps for some games, all done in the style of an old video game magazine. (Complete with video tips.) With rewind, and save features anyone can now beat the harder games, or seasoned veterans can chose not to, if they want. The Online is only available for a few games, but I've managed to have up to 4 random online players with no slowdown, but usually you'll run into players with slow internet that slow things down alot. Hopefully they fix the internet with an update, or add online for the other games. Regardless of the online faults, I had a blast playing online. One of the best game compilations I've seen in years, and it's everything a turtle fan young or old could want. Cowabunga.
I can't wait to give this to my husband for Christmas. He grew up on ninja turtles and now we have two boys who love them too. This will be a great addition to our switch collection
It's kinda boring not really interesting for my son
bought it for my sons birthday in october. it had issues reading right away but figured it would be okay moving forward. switch is now unable to recognize it completely. tried following up with walmart about a manufacturer warranty but got nothing helpful
