When I first opened the jar...I thought I had expired peanut butter at first, until I stirred it up for quite a while until it was all combined and there was no visible loose oils. Then once I tasted it...OMGosh! This is the BEST Tasting Peanut Butter EVER! It has the Perfect amount of saltiness, and just tastes Really CLEAN. ( Because it is Clean of unnecessary chemicals! ) I love it, Smucker's!
It is all-natural, tastes great, and has Non-GMO ingredients. It has two simple ingredients, peanuts and 1% or less salt. I love how well it enhances the taste of my smoothies. Since it is all-natural it has to be stirred prior to use because oil from the peanuts rises to the top and the peanut butter settles on the bottom. The stirring process can be tedious and messy at times.
I tried ordering Peanut butter online and was disappointed as one of the jars were broken and peanut butter was everywhere. This was due to very poor packaging, the jars were in flimsy paper and packing paper was just set on top of it. Waiting to see how return/refund is handled.
Perhaps Walmart should place some “FRAGILE” or “GLASS” stickers on the outside of the packaging? 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
The seal was missing on the jar. The jar was slightly unscrewed and the oil that sits on the top of this kind of natural peanut butter had leaked down the outside of the jar and saturated the labels as well as coated the inside of the Walmart bag that the jar was in. I could not trust the safety of the product, so I will not eat it and will have to return it or throw it out. Very disappointing for an associate to put this in a bag and put it in my trunk in the pickup line, knowing the product was in unacceptable condition.
I ordered 4 jars of peanut butter. They were packed together in a single ziploc bag. Can you guess what happened?? They shattered in the box and I was left to clean up broken glass, peanut butter and oil everywhere...a total mess and I'm out $30.
This item was shipped to me and the glass jar broke during transit.
I ordered this, thinking it will come delivered as shown in the picture. Big mistake!! It took a couple of days to ship. I received a hot mess, literally! It came in a recyclable mailer and the peanut butter was in a plastic bag, unlabeled!! Before opening the package, i could see and smell peanut butter!!! The mailer was stained with oile from the peanut butter because the unlabeled plastic bag was leaking!!! I cannot believe I received this!!!
I ordered this peanut butter online only to receive it all smashed up in the box broken up peanut butter all inside the box and all over the other products I had ordered. now Walmart wants me to bring the product back to the store in order to get a refund. one I don't think I want to take this entire box to the store and two I'm not trying to get into the store and get covid because they do not enforce the mask wearing. I'm sure the peanut butter is good but I guess I won't find out at this point!
I didnt even open the box the 2 jars were delivered in. The box was soaked with oil and smelled like peanuts. I asked for a replacement and said I'd return the box I received but they didnt want the damaged box but charged me for the replacement order. We will see if I can get that straightened out. It took me 15 min to find out from customer service that she couldnt help me.
