So far, so good! I've only had the spa for about a week, but I am loving it so far. I have no qualms and I'm not really sure what people expect when they pay this little for a hot tub. It's about as basic as you can get, but I love it It's big enough for at least four people and I can float on a raft in it without an issue, it does not have jets, but it does have bubble makers and to be honest, I like them better than the jets blasting me in the back. The filter works great. I let my dog get in a few times, and the filter caught most of the hair. I bought a pool skimmer to get the rest. All in all, for the price I paid, I couldn't be happier. I haven't had to refill it with air since I originally set it up. The only issue I do have is that I can't figure out how to put the chlorine dispenser on, but that was easily remedied by buying a floating chlorine dispenser. If you're on the fence about this product, go ahead and get it.
Great hot tub and good price. Only complaint is the filter was constantly having to be rinsed off after every other use, if it wasn't then the breaker would pop on the pump and it would shut the heater off to the hot tub and by time we go outside a day later to use it, it would be ice cold and we'd have to wait another day to heat up. Besides that fantastic hot tub
My husband and I love this hottub!! I had the bigger version of hottubs, but I wanted this one so we could put it on our screened in porch. We've had it for several months now and it keeps its temperature even through some very cold nights.
Our first hot tub was a Intex brand and it lasted us 3 years. We decided to go with this one because it is larger than our intex one. I have had zero issues with this. I live in Northern Ohio so with the cold temps I enclosed mine with 2" foam board and it kept up to 104° the entire winter. Even the negative days. Easy to change filter. Only bought one bottle of chlorine pebbles and I'm still not out. Although there are no jets and it's just bubbles we usually just sit in it without the bubbles for the temp to stay hot. Very relaxing and well worth the money. We purchased during Black Friday Sales for $350. So wait to purchase if you want a deal.
We love our inflatable hot tub! It's perfect and find we use more than I thought we would! It's a little bit of a learning curve learning how to do the chemicals but wasn't too bad. Would definitely buy again, and will when this one needs replacing. Overall a good purchase for the money. Also really glad we went with the 6-8 person size instead of the 4-6, this one really fits 3-4 adult comfortably so I can't imagine getting a smaller one!
i gave it a 4 star because my own complaints is that the direction manuel stinks at telling you how to set it up and that the tempture drops quickly when you have the jets on. otherwise, its great for the whole family!!!
Works great so far. Takes a lot longer to heat up but that is expected with the blow up hot tubs. Big request though, no set up directions in the box. Had to go to You Tube to make sure we did it correctly.
Will probable b give it a higher rate if I can get someone on the phone. I did get the extended warranty thankfully. The pump is not heating. It's been at the same temp for 4 hours. Size and set up was easy as long as you have an outlet close to where you are putting it.
constant filter error code and incorrect replacement part was sent. Shipping was almost $40 on replacement part that was incorrect. Costumer service said that I could sell incorrect replacement part on FB market place to try to recoup some of my money. So I'm out almost $70 for their mistake.
Finally get spa put up. Turn it on and wait for it to heat. Went out to garage to find floor soaking wet after examination find that the pump is leaking internally not from fittings. Now I'm not sure what to do because I've already got rid of the box to return it in. This sucks plus best way warranty site doesn't work and no number to call instead it makes you fill a form out for a call back. Guess I won't be holding my breath on that one
