The package was shipped in a mailer and it was intact when I got it. No damage to the packaging. Which made me happy. The tablet was in its box. Brand new. Was so happy about that. Overall, I am glad because of the price. I was looking for this brand new and other places it was so expensive. I can't thank the seller enough for the sending this in a timely manner and I am so happy with the product itself.
We recently purchased the Pebble Gear Frozen tablet for our two kids aged 4 and 7, the initializing/set up of the tablet was swift and user-friendly, each children has a preset time to learn and play with the tablet. Games are very cool and kid-friendly. We highly recommend this product.
My daughter received this as a Christmas present. First thing we noticed is that the battery life is terrible - spent more time on the charger than in her lap. Secondly, several of the apps wouldn't run on the device and some that do would freeze or shut down unexpectedly. After about a month the device wouldn't take a charge. We even tried different cables and plugs. I would not recommend this to anyone.
