Seems like they were not careful about delivering the Pineapple … some on the pineapples fell out the container and in the bag so it's sticky but I'll just wash them no big deal
Arrived brown and smells putrid. Customer service gave me half my money back so I canceled my Walmart plus subscription I've had for 3 years. Walmart produce is deplorable.
Some Pineapple chunks were starting to look brown, the package was dripping juice, obviously it was not properly sealed. The expiration date was within 2 days. Should train the shoppers to choose better quality products to be delivered.
My pineapples were spilled in the bag.
1 on top might have been worth eating, The ones that were not brown %26 mushy were either mush or brown. Very disappointed!!!! I've NEVER had any complaints with the quality of what the shoppers pick not that I've always been 100% satisfied but it's been nothing that has not happened to myself when I was able to shop for myself. However I spend $200-$350 every 12 to 14 days if not more the last few times I have had missing products, out of date products or things that will be out of date within 1 to 3 days. IF I did have any issues prior to this past 47 days whoever I spoke with at Walmart was so sorry %26 would go out of their way to make it right IF I requested in which most times I would let it go saying just wanted them to be aware to watch dates or check for freshness. I have had to have someone go the store after delivery because something was left there or a driver either had in their car or left with someone else but I still give 5 stars %26 only 1 time took my tip back %26 that was due to the drivers attitude %26 not even knocking just dropping my groceries at my door %26 running off it was 2 young girls laughing all the way back to their car. That's the one I had to find someone to go get the rest of my order. There was another time that my meat order was left %26 they could not bring to me until the next day luckily I had breakfast sandwiches we could have for dinner. Last night's delivery just pushed me over %26 when I called to ask what to do the run around I got made it worse. I'm sure this is not where I need to vent all of this but I'm disabled my husband is very ill 72yrs old we are on a fixed income %26 really count on delivery from Walmart. I hope whatever changes were made in the last 45 days can be figured out %26 that people who understand some of us that use delivery services need it because we have no choice, I would much rather do my shopping myself but am unable to drive. I'm sorry for venting here but I hope whoever gets this makes sure it gets to the right people. Thank you %26 God Bless
My pineapple arrived looking as though it spent about 2 weeks under the delivery driver's passenger seat. It is pale white, mushy %26 yet someone thought it was acceptable to include in the grocery order!
It is July 31 today, the “sold by” date on this was July 20. Most of the pineapple was a brownish color. Because I used the pick up service, the employee chose this item. I wish they would take the time to check the dates. It only takes a second.
Waited to eat this for a day after my shopper dropped this off bc I've been sick %26 can't eat much. Got it and was disappointed bc it was dropped up here with half side of the lid opened at the lid, all the juice gone and the container all sticky! I remembered that my shopper had three kids with her while working %26 I even commented bout them letting them have her kids with her while she was on a job. She said she could as long as she kept the kids out of the backseat with her customers. When I look at this it makes me think of a kid with lil fingers sticking them in there and maybe even licking the juice lol which makes me for sure not to want to try it out bc we all know where lil kiddos fingers go! Haha! So it's just aggravating that I have to wait AGAIN to buy more with a new order! Poo!
these pineapple are old the used by date was the 10th of may. they have been in fridge since we bought them my daughter went to eat them and they are sour! pure white!
I gave the fresh cut pineapples a 1 ⭐ review because 0 wasn't an option. The pineapples look rotten and dirty. They are inedible and unfit to consume. I purchase these almost weekly (sometimes twice a week) and I have never encountered this before.
