The spa is everything we were looking for. It works as expected and was easy to handle and set up
It's a joy! I love having this out near our pool.
We've only had the hot tub a few weeks now, but to-date my wife and I are very happy. I was impressed at how fully kitted it is. Everything you need to get up and running is included. Water temperature climbed to 100deg overnight as advertised, bubble operation is more than adequate to get me relaxed before bedtime. For the price, it can't be beat.
Buckle up, guys and gals and settle in for a story you'll pass down for years to come. This gift from God's grace is the best $400 I've ever spent. Frivolously, anyway. We were considering getting a power packed 6k hot tub, but decided we could try this little gem out just to see if we even liked having one. Well, spoiler alert, we love it. Its hella powerful for it's size, seriously these jets feel just as good as a massage chair or one of those water massage beds. It took about 30 minutes to put together and another hour plus ten minutes to fill with water. Last, it was averaging about 45-55 degrees in Ohio when we started warming the water and this jewel of a spa warmed up to 101 in about 38 hours. The walls feel more like leather than plastic and it really feels heavy duty and ready to roll. It's been set up for 5 days now and I've been on it every day since at least once. Currently writing this review as I watch the sun rise over my bubbly hot tub spa of majesty. I'm not sure if at the end of the summer we would get one of those fancier models or not, but even if we do this thing is coming with me when I go camping in Canada this fall. Hallelujah to whatever mastermind came up with this glorious invention.
I'm 6'3" and I can almost float on my back in this spa. This is such a wonderful spa. Easy to setup and so relaxing to come home to everyday. LOVE IT!!
It s easy to install, works well
Love it still two and a half years later! Easy maintenance. We use ours indoors about 8 months out of the year. The motor was replaced (under warranty) due to us using Bromine, which ruins it. The only complaint is the drain tube is not sealed tight enough to hook up the hose indoors as it does leak during draining. We have to use a pump to drain outside instead. It maintains its temperature still very well.
This thing is great we have used it everyday since we got it! Had to buy some chemicals to keep the water clear and one of the filter ports do not suck water through but other then that it is perfect !
It is what it is, I guess. It was $100 less than my Intex 26x52 ultra frame pool. Within two days the outside will not hold air? The heater will shut off at 104 degrees and when you get in, the heater will not kick on until it gets to 102, which takes about 5 mins. It just gets colder and colder since the heater will not keep up. It is not really hot enough to really be enjoyable and it failed in the first two days. Not good. I found tiny holes by the outside seam and used the patch. It still will deflate slowly. Not sure where it is leaking from...
Was great and exactly what we ordered until the pump just stopped working after only 5 months and it is a hassel dealing with customer service trying to get a replacement and the top blow up for the cover constantly loses air and then gets water inside of the blow up
