I bought this for a friend whose daughter plays tennis. In the summer, it cannot be beat for keeping your beverage cool, even on the sunniest day. The hooks are an added bonus as it can be hung on the fence.
Perfect for baseball games. Hook it on the fence, so it's off the ground and won't get kicked and spilled in the dugout.
Hooks easily on the fence in the dugout. Keeps water cool for a long while. Small enough for a small player to manage with all his gear. Works well.
It really works well for my son's tennis practices and tournaments. His only complaint about this one is that it "sweats". So if you put ice in the jug, condensation builds up on the outside so it can not be packed in his tennis bag. The blue color is very close to the website picture. Hooks onto chair or fence without problems.
The lid leaks often. No matter how many times we screw it off and back on it leaks. But we just use ours for water so not bad, but if any other fluid you might end up with some stains where ever u have it.
VERY poor lid design. The flip top lid for the drinking spout is ridiculously loose. Jug will spill if not UPRIGHT AT ALL TIMES. I was going to rip the hooks off when I got it as I am not by a "fence" when I am working to hang the stupid thing on. I can see why they give such a vague picture of the product. Would not purchase again. Pay the extra $3 for the other one.
Pro: Keeps liquids cold for a good long time. I have not used this insulated jug outdoors in direct sunlight but I have used this jug in very hot and poorly ventilated situations and it stood-up very well. No complaints with the insulation quality. Con: This jug leaks profusely when pouring and/or drinking directly from the spout which is incredibly frustrating - unless you like wearing a work shirt with a wet line down the front of it. Make sure to drink from/pour from this jug away from your work area. I suggest drinking from this item over a trashcan making sure to arch your back (concave) to minimize soaking the front of your shirt and sometimes pant fly area in this jug's contents.
Terrible seal. The bottle isn't usable.
While the container actually keeps water nice and cold with ice still being in container after 6 hours, the fact that the lid was designed poorly and leaks, made me give this a one star.
The lid leaks from where you screw it on. I have had it for 2 months and you can not put water and powder Gatorade in it and shake because it goes everywhere!
