I love this bike rack. I am able to leave it in my SUV hitch all the time and easily access the back door and the glass only. It drops down with or without the bikes on it. I am just frustrated I didnt buy this sooner. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a hitch and even just one bike. This one fits 4 bikes - I have had 3 so far on it and was still able to easily pull it down and up to access the back door. Now I can take my kids to the bike park every day without any damage to my vehicle.
I looked around awhile for a 4 bike rack and by far this was the best value I found. Shipping was free and fast and I am extremely satisfied with the rack.
