These Husky sized pants are larger than the size charts show them to be. We used the online size charts to look up the correct size. Based on the inseam and waist measurments, we needed an 18. When the pants arrived, we discovered that a 12-14 would have worked nicely. Suffice it to say, we have room to grow into these.
These pants are of excellent quality. I like the double knee and adjustable waist. My son's waist is too big for the 'regular' size and the huskys are usually too big, but with the adjustable waist, these do fit quite well. I've purchased these pants before and the knees last almost all school year!
The Faded Glory pants are made of durable material that holds up to the tough wear of an eight-year-old. We use them for uniform pants. The pants hold their color and shape and are tough enough for my son to wear from morning to night without signs of wear. I would recommend them to anyone looking for durable pants for boys.
These pants are awesome and reasonably priced, however, hard to find especially once the school year gets into Dec/Jan. The other brand walmart carries (George) not as good.. These have reinforced knees & the hook clasp, and are wrinkle resistant. I hope walmart will keep carrying these and carry less of the George brand. Diane in Decatur, IL
My boy loves the fit of these uniform pants and especially likes the hook and eye closure. He doesn't like buttons. They are very durable. His last pair lasted through 2nd grade and half of 3rd grade, wearing them twice a week. I don't like the term "Husky".
This is a great solution to the overpriced boy's uniform pants. They hold up wash after wash.
These pants wear wonderfully. I have a very active 7 year old, who can ruin any pair of uniform pants. These pants hold up to his rough play. Thank you!

I bought this as a gift and was told he liked them and they fit well.
I have been ordering uniforms from Walmart (polo shirts, walking shorts and pants) for my now 5th grade son for the past few years. It is difficult to find Husky sizes without paying the "uniform store" prices. These fit him well and are true to size. He loves the fact that they have the hook and eye closure vs a button.
