It's an OK breakfast for 340 calories. I always take mine apart and cook the elements separately so the bacon is crispy and the biscuit isn't hard. I do prefer the croissant to the biscuit but if they are out this one will do. I cook the egg first for 30 seconds, then add the bacon and biscuit and cook another 30 -45 seconds (depending on the microwave). Then i take it all out and put the cheese on the biscuit and pop it back in for 10-15 seconds. Put it all together and it's good.
Barely cooked bacon, extremely "chewy" biscuit. Scrambled egg & cheese was good. Biscuit only fair, bacon not to my liking. It's a lot different than the bacon-egg-cheese biscuit at the hamburger clown's place. You'll love it if you like bacon that stretches like a rubber band and if you like gravy on your biscuits as many folks do, you may like the biscuit also. I don't enjoy either and the bacon wasn't all crisp even after microwaving the bacon alone for an additional 20 seconds.
I am not extremely picky on the quality of frozen foods. Lets face it, they are not going to be that great bcz they are frozen. BUT, this product is just bad. The biscuit is like paste in your mouth. Stickier than peanut butter & really no flavor at all. I threw out the other 3 in the box, bcz they are just not good enough to suffer through, no matter how hungry you might be. I DO highly recommend the Great Value BEC Croissant. It is a much better choice.
