Great gluten free product - we love being able to customize our pizzas at home. We've been using the Udi gluten free pizza crust for quite awhile now and find pre baking at a temp of 450 for 3 minutes and flipping and baking an additional 1 minute before putting the toppings on makes for a crispier crust.
granddaughter has Celiac Disease. She thinks these are the best of the gluten free pizza crusts.
We were so glad to have found these pizzas again. My youngest Grandson loves them lightly toasted with almond butter. He is a very selective eater.
This company was good but I have had so many experiences with this product. Sometimes they are like shoe leather, I found strips of plastic in one, I found huge globs of unstirred batter piled in clumps turning product to leather. They used to be good company must have changed copackers at least twice due to the variety of problems I had with this product. Udi's doesn't care, according to my experience with them when reporting a problem. They know celiac's have to have this type product if they want to survive. So we keep trying at a very hefty cost for products that I can only throw out. when there is a problem with it. When trying to report a problem I have been on hold for over an hour. So, buy at your own risk..when you get a good one they are good. The company just needs to find a competent baker.
