My 13 month old takes it very well doesn't seem to care for tylenol, but he is a good medicine taker anyway. He gets a fever with every tooth, and this is what we use during the day. We started off with a sample from my pediatrician and it is all I have bought since. Having trouble finding it in stores lately though..... Can't even find it online here any way. However Amazon does carry it:) just more expensive there
