After researching several battery operated lawnmowers I chose this one based on reviews and price. I'm glad I did. Perfect for me. Lightweight, easy to maneuver. I'm able to cut both front and back yards with a single charge with power left. Highly recommend.
No more gas fumes to worry about. Can mow front and side yard on a single charge. Very quiet for early morning cuts without disturbing my neighbors. Takes up less space for storage. Nice even cuts. Light and easy to use.
Great little mower for the price. It's light enough for my son to mow the whole yard even if it's not self propel. Batteries last a long time. Not even at 50% after 30 minutes non stop. Super silent compare to gas models. Pretty happy with my purchase.
This lawnmower works well for me since i have a small yard as long as the grass isnt too tall. It will stop working if it gets too hot and you have to wait a bit to start mowing again. But the temperature is in the 90s here so im sure thats part of why its over heating
Actually, I bought the 40V 20” push version. It is for the margins around edges and trees on 1 acre, and is light and maneuverable enough to do larger areas. I put ir through its paces on the entire acre while it was about 18” tall, overgrown and slightly wet, because the old gas self-propelled unit had finally expired after 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it did the job. I put in about 14,000 steps behind the mower over 3 full charge cycles and the result was very satisfactory. Compared to a gas self-propelled mower, it is much lighter and more maneuverable, so is easier to use around trees and edges. The mower is quiet, powerful enough, and with a new blade produced great results. A full charge gave about 45 minutes of mowing time, and provide me with a nice 2 hour break while charging. I have not been able to locate a replacement blade, however, so I will be sharpening the original blade until it wears out. All considered, I would recommend it.
Battery life is not long. I have to charge twice in order to cut my front and back yards. The lawnmower itself cuts pretty well but its jist timw consuming to have to stop im the middle of cutting to wait an hour foe the batteries to recharge. My yards are not large. With the humidity here the grass is always damp and that also contributes to the nattery draining. I beleive that the mover has to wotk a liytle harder thus pulling more battery power.
The batteries do not hold enough charge to cut my full lawn. It takes days in order to cut my grass. The mower does not cut close enough that I can go for more than 3 days without cutting.
Easy to assemble. However, it's really cheap quality. Feels like I'm pushing a doll buggie. Couldn't even maneuver in lawn. It kept turning off. Useless having a bag when it doesn't retain much. Battery died quickly, too. It's a toy, not a lawnmower. TERRIBLE!
It came fast to that's a plus. It has 2 batteries that don't last long at all. My yard is the width of 2 cars and the length of 3 and we had to charge and cut 3 times to get it done. I could have used the oldest version of a lawnmower and got done sooner. It also has a bag attachment that supposed to pick up grass, it picked up about a half a cup. I ended but buying a vac. All in all total purchase for the 2 $480 total time to do yard 6 hours. I'm going to try to cut it in less than a week to see if really really short grass makes a difference. If the same thing happened I'm returning it.
Am not a big fan! The casing is only cheap plastic and after running over a few unseen small rocks, has busted a whole in it! I was very surprised by this and not too happy.
