It came as ordered but O ordered the wrong thing . Had to return . Waiting on my money returned .
I received the wrong item and when I sent the seller a question they never responded. After they took my money, sent me the wrong item, and ignored my question, I requested a refund. Still waiting on that, said it could take up to a weeks for a refund.
The PS5 I got for my husband is not as pictured. I wanted the digital version and this one has the disc. He is still happy about me getting it for him but the disc version is cheaper than digital!
When it arrived and we tried to play it, it was broken. so we had to return it
Horrible! Doesn't work! The company sent me 2 on accident and the neither of them work! Then I tried mailing 1 back and the company refuses to send me a label. They said my order doesn't exist but I received 2 PlayStation and have 2 bills Horrible service, horrible experience. 0 all the way!
