Got this for my 7 year old son and he loved it! It's pretty fast so it took a little while to get used to it. Battery life is excellent (we have been riding it to school daily (15 minutes each way) and charging the whole night. The LED lights on it is a big plus!! Looks beautiful at night. I'm impressed!
My grandson is really enjoying this scooter. I like that it lights up providing extra safety when he's riding it. The speed was just right, didn't cause him to fear it, and he was riding like a pro within a few days. Good choice for kids 12 and under.
Bought it for my daughter's 10th birthday. When I first saw it and thought it was to big foe her. But she rides it very well. She's able to ride it smoothly after a few mins figuring out different buttons. She now brings it everywhere.
This is a solid kid electric scooter. The scooter feels very stable and well built, it was pretty easy for my son to try to learn how to ride it (he was riding the kick scooter before, so only took him like 10 minutes to get used to the controls of this e-scooter). I like the built-in LED light along the body of the scooter, it really helps illuminate it when riding at night, which helps other people to see him and won't run into him. I'd suggest adding one of those LED bike light that can be attached to the scooter's handle, it would allow rider to see what's in front of them at night and avoid hitting it (maybe dead branches, or a rock, etc....) Eventhough this is a little kid scooter, my wife, who's about 120 lbs, can ride it without any problem. Motors run pretty quiet and smooth. This was a great early Xmas present for my son and he loves it!!!
These scooters are awesome! Battery last a long time and the bright lights helps when riding at night. Will buy this brand again! Packaged very well too!
Really awesome scooter! Purchased this for my 6 year old daughter. It is slightly big for her but she is still able to ride it no problem and will be able to for years to come. Set up is super easy. Instructions say it should be fully charged before the first use but we were able to use it for a good half hour right away since my daughter couldn't wait to ride it. It lights up and is so much fun!! The kickstand is super useful too! Good quality wheels and very sturdy scooter! I am even able to ride it! We love it!

The Gotrax GKS Plus Electric Scooter is easy to assemble and fun to ride. It comes with an easy to read manual that walks you through step by step to assemble it, and teaches you how to ride it. It is a perfect scooter for kids as it is not too fast, keeping them safe, and goes up to about 7.5 mph. My kids didn't take more than a minute to figure it out and enjoy riding it. They especially like all the lights that light up on the bar below the handle and on the wheels. It also makes them highly visible and safe in low-lighting conditions. The battery lasts for about 1 hour of non-stop riding, and the charger has an easy way to tell you when the charging is complete using lights on the adapter itself.
looks really slick because of its LED lights. My 6-year old son feels like he's a grown up everytime he gets on it.. This was a perfect christmas gift!.. maximum speed is just enough for my son's age.. This is a great alternative to his bike and hover board to keep him off the electronics; get him to play outdoors instead.. colors are not too kiddie. Very easy to use and the ride is very smooth
I purchased this for my son for his 7th birthday. He was so excited and likes this scooter. This scooter has lights which is cool. Speed is decent and safe for kids and still thrilling for them. We used with my kid wearing protective gear. Need to charge overnight to fully charge when depleted. Battery life is good
