[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Mobile PC at a Great price. We purchase Lenovo at my work, and have become very fond of the products offered. Well made, very reliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what I wanted. Easy initial start up. Boots up immediately every time. Runs quietly and good battery life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy to set up and download all my files from old computer. Thank you for making it so easy. Love the new Lenovo computer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is top notch. The color and texture are very nice. The keyboard is super quiet and the performance of this machine is great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy to set up and use! After years of being a Mac owner, I switched and chose to go with Lenovo. I thought there might be a “learning curve” but everything about this computer made the transition seamless! Highly recommend.
Laptop was working great until all of a sudden the hinges broke and the screen separated from the base. The laptop was well taken care of. This should not have happened. And of course it happened a few months after the one year warranty expired. Can't recommend this laptop for that reason.
Do not invest in this product. It has faulty hinges that will fail after a year. After normal use, I opened it one day and heard a crack. I noticed the hinges were stiff and the screen covering was pulling a little, so tried to be as gentle as possible for the next few weeks. After 2 weeks, it progressed to full separation on the left side. The left side will not open fully now and this is a known issue with the laptop that is somehow not covered under the warranty. Do not buy this laptop. It will break in less than a year.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Sep/20, in Nov/21 an audible noise was heard as the screen frame came unglued. Within two week 3/4 of the bottom has come unglued, it has snapped the hinge and I am unable to close my laptop to take with me on a trip.
I bought this laptop in April, and it's already physically falling apart. The plastic lining of the screen (bezzel for those of you in the know) is popping off, and the pressure is causing the whole screen to be lopsided. Apparently the warranty doesn't cover this because it's “physical damage.” It's estimated to be a $250 repair. My brother in law, an engineer, looked at it and saw that some bolts had popped out inside the hinge, leading to this. I have NEVER dropped my laptop and treat it like a baby. He says it's obvious from looking at it that it's a defect in the construction. Looked into this a bit and it seems others have had similar issues with Lenovo laptops. Incredibly disappointed with this purchase and will not be buying from Lenovo again. This shouldn't happen on a $750 laptop that I gently use. It shouldn't happen from just opening and closing the screen. It won't even close all the way now, so this seems likely to kill my battery eventually as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this laptop to replace another Lenovo laptop I had for a couple years that started having issues with the screen blinking... this new one is not only blinking, but with a white steady screen and I have had it less than a month. This is unacceptable. Still trying to contact support!!
