Great masks, Come with a wire to secure a tight fight over the nose, good face coverage, handy and reliable
Glad I followed the positive review and ordered these for my mom. We like they came in packs of 10 to keep in various places to always have handy; house, car, purse, etc. She plans on using a cloth mask over these in times she feels she needs or wants extra coverage. However, she felt these are sufficient on their own. Had no negative issues with product or packaging.
Much better construction than some I ordered from Amazon. Very functional nose adjustment. Straps are well attached, unlike poorer quality purchase from Amazon that was more expensive.
Very pleased with the fit. I am over 65 years of age with sever asthma. The fact that the come wrapped in plastic in packs of 10 is an added bonus. I can keep a pack in each vechicle, one in my purse and the others at home. I would recommend these to family and friends.
They are a little smaller than I expected, but they are easy to use, and let in a lot more air than my N95 masks, which I wear in preference to these, when I'm in a very crowded place.
I've only used a couple so far. They are light and fairly breathable. The fabric is some type of synthetic and is not as comfortable as cotton and it is rather hot after wearing for longer than a few minutes. That being said they work great for us to wear into the store for a short period of time.
It is made in China but as far as the mask its your average low quality dust mask but it is relatively cheap at $16.99 for 50. The box was broken and crushed on delivery. They just stick it in a plastic envelope to ship.
Be aware of legal disclaimers on any masks or other measures of protective wear that you buy such as these and many others. Check ads for the disclaimers as well as on boxes and packaging to see if they are FDA approved and if they actually protect from viruses and diseases. This one states it does NOT. Made in China as well.
I bought these because these are the only ones listed that claim that the nose bridge closes well. It does. This makes a big difference because it prevents you breathing in pollutants from the top side of the mask. The downside of these masks are the ear loops. They break off from the mask too easily. This is not good. Yes you can take each mask and add some glue to reinforce the hold but that's is not what I paid for, then again these cost $9 so I got what I paid for.
i ordered these for my neighbor and they were very good. the nosepiece worked as it should, they weren't too hot, they were soft and they covered my large face well. hers came in a large ziploc bag with two smaller bags, each containing 25 masks. so i ordered some for myself. mine came in a box with one plastic bag containing 50 masks. they are completely different. the nosepiece doesn't stay bent, the mask is noticeably smaller, it's scratchy and i could feel that the air i breathed was entering and leaving around the edges of the mask. i tried the candle test--lit a candle and tried to blow it out through the middle of the mask--the flame didn't even budge. total junk, won't protect me from anything. so buy these if you want to take a 50/50 chance on getting junk, depending on which chinese manufacturer is selling cheaper this week.
