I am happy with the item even though it came with a screen that slightly popped out and was bent. I contacted seller who offered a replacement but decided to keep it. The item was advertised with a one year warranty and I asked the seller about that. I would have liked seller to send written verifcation of one year guarantee. I hope that should the need arise it will be honored with a replacement for the year through the seller or through walmart.
Unfortunately we paid for a refurbished iPad. We got a broken iPad. Gray screen with starbursts and lines. Also not at factory settings and the person who had it before never wiped it out and we cant without their password. Very sad that we have to give this to our son for Christmas. Not even a plug from Apple, a plug from some other store. Very disappointed with this purchase!
