Good product
My blood sugar has run a bit high over the past 10 years. I recall readings ranging from 98 to 103 over this period. After seeing numerous mentions of berberine in articles over the course of 2023, I started doing some online research on this supplement. Since I found no "red flags," I decided to try it for two months in the autumn of 2023. Towards the end of this personal "trial," I had my annual fasting blood test in November. My fasting glucose level was down to 91, lower than I can remember it ever being! I decided to add berberine to my daily routine early this year because I do believe that it has had a positive effect on my blood sugar. Otherwise, I have not noticed any other effects either negative or positive (e.g., weight loss, increased energy), Note: I chose the Now brand because (1) I have had good experience over the years with them and (2) I have greater confidence in their softgels than the capsules offered by most other purveyors of berberine.

Quality product! I started taking for glucose and cholesterol support. This is a great product for both.
Been using this product to Help manage my blood glucose and I've never been disappointed with the quality of Now products.
Numbers don't lie. Glucose levels lowered nearly immediately. Got my blood sugar down within 30 minutes of taking. My levels are not bad (very high in the morning- 140-160, even fasting) so this may get me off medication completely after some additional weight loss. Use with your doctor's knowledge.
Works very well for blood sugar levels
Arrived before estimated delivery time. Have had no adverse side effects. Haven't taken it long enough to notice any difference in my health.
