I'm really impressed with this speaker. The battery life is great and the sound is much richer and larger than you would think you'd get from a speaker this size. The only improvement I could suggest is an automatic shut-off option after a certain amount of inactivity.
The quality of the reproduction is unbelievable. Each note is so precise - I felt that I was sitting in the concert hall with the pianist playing the Chopin I had selected. And then The Moody Blues were playing just for me. That this sound quality was coming from such a compact speaker was amazing. I was so pleased that I had purchased 2 of the Emberton II speakers so that both my husband and I can listen whenever we want to our separate preferences.

I tested several brands' p[ortable speakers in the retail store. I found Marshall Emberton II the best or at least it meets all of my preferences between the range of portable speakers in the same size and price categories. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a portable speaker. You will not regret.
Bought this for my son for his birthday - love the look and feel and the sound is the best we've heard from a Bluetooth speaker. Very pleased with our purchase.
Sound is pretty clear, bass is not as good as my other speaker ue megaboom 3. The Bluetooth connection sucks with Android so I barely use it. Waste of my money honestly but cool looking design
DO NOT BUY! This seller is selling counterfeit Marshall Emberton II's. I now have purchased from an authorized seller of Marshall products, and the difference is so obvious. The counterfeit sounds horrible, will not be recognized by Marshall App, and will not factory reset. Do not buy from this 3rd party seller, it is not an authentic Marshall Bluetooth Speaker.
I ordered the Marhsall Emberton II on the Wal-Mart Marketplace from IT INNOVATION INC. or COMMPRO TECHNOLOGIES INC. (it's listed both ways). The item delivered was a counterfeit knock-off speaker. I already own the actual speaker and ordered it from Marshall previously. This one came in completely different packaging, the LED battery lights are completely different, the startup sound is different, and there were many small imperfections that don't appear on the genuine item. Buyer beware.
Didn't receive the order nor the refund.
