[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent many hours before selecting this model/configuration. It exceeds my expectations....battery life, processor speed and features. I was pleased to be able to set one of three processor speeds for the kind of work to do. The 300 nits screen is acceptable. The touchpad is cool...having left/right "mouse click" function in lower corners, as well as dedicated buttons above the pad. Windows 11 runs great on this machine. Only seconds to be up and running from cold start. 512mb ram and 1 gig SSD. This is a GREAT CHOICE.

All the speed, memory, drive space and GPU power most tasks will ever need, plus a full-size, backlit keyboard, 2 pointing devices and a fingerprint reader. I don't think it has any hardware features I don't use, which is perfect for keeping it reasonably thin and light. Like all Windows computers, it needed a little debloating at first, but with that done, it's smooth and quick with every program I've tossed at it, including photo & video editors.

I bought this to replace a Yoga from 2019 with an Intel i7 processor 16 GB of RAM and I'm super happy I made the change. It has a much better battery life, it doesn't overheat (I never even hear the fan running) and it never freezes up when I have too many processes running. I thought I might miss the touchscreen or the ability to flip into tablet mode but I don't. It's much better for running my IT business than the Yoga was.

The onboard GPU is greatly appreciated for my hobbies and gaming. Only big downsides are the ergonomics feel weird and it's not as friendly towards Linux installations out of the box as I would like.

I have been using a Thinkpad for the last 3 years for work and love how long it has lasted so I took the plunge. So far this laptop is very sleek, works very quickly. The only downside I have experienced is it is very prone to fingerprints everywhere - on the cover, keys, trackpad. The material seems to absorb the oils on the skin pretty quickly.
