This is a safe product to snack on, as there is a low Glycemic Index and the protein is high enough and sugar is low enough. It's also a great source for a snack!
I don't buy energy bars except for this one, as they're all too sweet. This one is perfect. Great chewy crunchy texture and just the right amount of sweetness to let the flavor of the nuts and vanilla come through. Too bad they're so hard to find.
Snack at work when I get hangry. The only thing was when I order in the summer the bars melt in the heat waiting till I get home! Not much you can do about that! thank you!

Madagascar Vanilla Almond Kind bars is one of my go to snacks to throw in my purse as a healthy snack. I love that it does not have any added sugar, is only sweetened with honey. I also appreciate that it is dairy and gluten free. I recommend this product to family and friends.
I thought these would be tasty but it turns out they are not, if I could return them, I would but I already had one.
The flavor in these is fine-not sweet, very natural tasting. But these were painful to eat! Not to be dramatic, but these weren't something I could easily bite into. I had to do the weird, side of mouth bite to break a piece off without feeling like I was going to pull out a tooth. I've had this bar in a similar flavor and it was much more enjoyable to eat. Wouldn't buy this product again, although I do like the low sugar content.
