Everything included, but most importantly it was so very easy to install. This is the first time I've installed a glass protector perfectly and in under two minutes.

Install tray provided for correct installation. Cleaning wipes, cleaning cloth, and dust removal stickers also included. Make sure you wash your hands prior to installation.

The included items make it very easy to apply, with the guide making it quite obvious. I was surprised how easy it was, especially without an including applicator to smooth the bubbles out, but the protector is perfectly smooth to the face of the phone. Overall this is a great protector that I would recommend.

I thought that it was just the glass shield screen protector when in fact, it is a case with the screen protector. Am returning unfortunately. Looks like a good product though!

This item isn't really a tempered glass screen. Is plastic… we couldn't even get it on the phone properly, because it wouldn't stick to the screen properly. Honestly tho, I doubt that it would have been very effective in protecting the device even if it would have stuck to the screen. It was very flimsy. Im returning it to get a real screen protector.
Installed this on an iPhone 11. I realized that the phone was now missing screen taps. Like when entering a phone number, or using the keyboard. Even when sliding up to unlock. After installing, I looked at the requirements for the "warranty". You have to download an app, and go through at least 11 steps to "register" including your device imei, and all the other personal info you would expect an information harvester to collect. The "funny" part is the requirement to submit a picture through the app in the event that there's screen damage. Wonder how you accomplish taking a picture of the broken screen with an app on the phone with the broken screen?!? It appears from the "privacy policy" you agree to that they can collect all manner of info from your phone, and share it according to said policy. Screenshots attached. After removing the screen protector, the iPhone works properly, so the issue was definitely this screen protector.
