Mimic the comfort of a cool lake breeze in your home with the slim Honeywell 470 CFM indoor evaporative air cooler, built to cool small to medium rooms up to 280 square feet. Living room, bedroom, play area or office—the unit is lightweight and adapts for summer heat or winter dryness. The tower design with oscillating louvers allows for the airflow to be distributed evenly, while the slim design makes it convenient to fit comfortably into compact spaces. The washable dust filter and easy-access honeycomb cooling media make for easy upkeep, while the remote control lets you control the unit from across the room. Evaporative air cooler offers an energy efficient cooling option when the air is hot with low humidity, such as desert areas like the southwestern United States (recommended humidity level is 60% or less for maximum efficiency). For those living in more humid climates, consider portable air conditioning units or window air conditioners.

Keeps the 3 season porch cool!
the only thing is trying to see how much water is on the tank. otherwise. it works great. it really helped cool the kitchen down. would buy again.
A very cool tower fan with evaporative cooling functions – I was totally surprised how effective evaporative cooling is! I was a doubter - bit I would say try it out!! Fan and Cooler - I use it at least every week of the year.
(This review is authored by the Troav Team, which offers a service that lets users borrow equipment like the TC30PEU evaporative cooler to use and try.) The Troav Team is staying in a small apartment this summer that's offered as part of university housing, and even though we're lucky enough to have air conditioning (unlike many of the dorms on campus), our A/C struggles to keep the room cool especially when we have people around for parties. We have the smaller CS10XE already, but although that unit is great for cooling a single spot, we wanted a way to cool down the entire common room effectively for when our guests are moving about the room. The TC30PEU is great for this purpose: we just put it next to a window as instructed so that it can suck in dry air and moisten it to make it colder, and it works well in pushing this colder air throughout the entire room. We find that it's really nice to have in promoting airflow through our apartment, especially when it's getting hot from having guests around. Like its smaller cousin the CS10XE, the TC30PEU comes with a number of features that make it very easy to use. For one, although it is a pretty large machine that would be normally be troublesome to carry around, the unit is built with four swivel wheels that make it very easy to move about the room, even when it's full of water. Another nice feature is that the filter mesh in the back can be popped out without unscrewing anything, making it easy to remove for cleaning. One small thing is that the water input flap is a little small, so it can be a bit easy to spill while putting water into the unit, but we found that this is simply fixed by using a funnel or a pitcher with a more precise pour. Evaporative cooling is supposed to work best in dry climates, but we're in Boston where the summer can get mildly humid. But even though the air that the cooler blows isn't “chilly” like an air conditioner, it does feel really nice and colder than a regular fan. Overall, the TC30PEU is a great machine that we're very happy to have on Troav. It's a powerful cooler that can circulate air in an entire dorm room, and the lovely breeze it creates is a comfortable refuge from the summer heat.
This review is based on a item from Troav, which offers a service that lets users borrow products to use and try - https://troav.com This cooler blew me away (pun intended) the first time I used it. When placed by a window, an instant cold breeze is felt from the fan, and soon enough, the room becomes noticeably cooler. It does the job perfect when placed by an open window for a supply of fresh air to cool. I'd recommend this air cooler to anyone seeking a cooler and more comfortable room.
Its like a fan doesn't even cool you down
Poor quality save you money
omg its super great until its not! blow really cool, quiet and the water lasts forever. you can't clean it, they crap out super fast and they leak.
After a little over one month of use it started to reak of wet dog smell and it is so gross. I dont even have any animals and I did the recommended 15 mins of fan without cooling each time I turned it off but it stinks so bad. Wanted to return it but its been a little over one month and the return window has closed.
Worst 'swamp cooler ever, you would do better with a wet blanket and a fan
