Found these just sitting in shelf for $2 Rang up for 25 cents What a bargain
Good price and took about 1 week to ship to me.
I buy these markers specifically to use on my laminated activity pages in my classroom. They erase much better than Expo brand. Easy for the kids to use. Unfortunately, they do not erase off regular dry erase boards. So basically I have to buy two different types of markers based on what I plan on writing on.
I tried to use these in the classroom, but the lines are very pale and the students could not see them. Fortunately I had a few Expo markers left from my old set, so I was able to complete the presentation. Then I tried to erase, and found that the Crayola would not come off the board, no matter how hard I scrubbed. Worse, the Crayola picked up the residue from the Expo markers, making the Crayola lines darker after I tried to erase them than they had been before. Finally the students could see them, just when I wanted rid of them. The good thing about the six pack is that you waste less money than I wasted buying the twelve pack. Either way, they are trash.
I agree with previous reviews. The markers DO NOT come off of my whiteboard with the dry eraser nor with glass cleaner. I had to use soft-scrub on a sponge to save my whiteboard from these very disappointing markers. I hope I remember to never purchase them again in the future. Yesterday, I went out and bought the ever faithful EXPO brand and fortunately they can still be erased from my whiteboard after the bad experience with the CRAYOLA brand.
I just bought these but they don't work! They look great when you first write with them on a whiteboard, but after a minute they have faded a lot. Also, the little color that is left isn't easy to erase - it requires water. Very disappointed.
I bought these for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, when she went to use them they didn't wipe off like they were suppose to! You have to wash them off with water and they stain your whiteboard. Now her $100 art easel is ruined. I'm extremely unhappy with this product. Thinking this is a Crayola brand, I thought they would've worked better.
The color was faded, and stained my white board. Would not purchase again.
We got a set of these as a gift. They work fine with a Crayola Dry-Erase board, but on my regular white board they would not come off. I tried everything, including the cleaning supplies recommended on Crayola's webpage; I was pretty certain that they had ruined my large board. Finally, it came off with a Magic Eraser. I am certainly not going to consider Caryola when shopping for dry-erase markers in the future.
I found the same markers at Meijer for $1.19
