[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in a city, I never saw the utility in owning a leaf blower, but after unsuccessfully sweeping my sidewalk for the 500th time, I finally caved and picked up the PWR CORE 20. A few weekend yard cleanups later, and I just wish I would have seen the light sooner. This blower not only disperses grass, leaves, and debris like a champ, a flick of the thumb turns it into an absolute BEAST for cleaning out larger spaces like my garage, deck, and front porch. The battery power is strong & consistent; the day I run out of power halfway through is the day I probably neglected to cradle my battery the week before. The flat nozzle means I won't walk straight into a cloud of dust, and variable speed control means the power will match the job, so my leaves, clippings, and debris stay in my yard and not my neighbors'. Crank it up to full power for a quick garage cleanup, and… wait… am I gonna start doing this every weekend? This thing just works, and it's so easy & efficient to use that you just might find yourself looking forward to cleaning up the yard.

Awesome leaf blower!

We love our new leaf blower. We've already used it to clean our gutters, as well as the leaves on the lawn and driveway. It works great. The battery lasts quite a while too!

Loved the mower and asked for the blower

After using the Skil mower with ease and success, my husband told me a blower was available. I asked him to get it for me and wow. It is lightweight and very powerful. I could never use the equipment he had before but these new Skil tools are awesome.

Gets the Job Done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After watching the helicopter seeds fall onto my driveway and yard for a week straight, I decided I needed something stronger than my outdoor broom to get the job done. I am so glad I went with this PWR Core Blower from SKIL. After a quick 15-20 minute charge of the battery, it's ready to get to work. It assembles within seconds, just snap on the nozzle and the battery and you are done. The blower is lightweight and easy to maneuver, while still packing a punch of power. I like that there are multiple power settings so you can be prepared for any size job. I was impressed with the first power setting, which cleared my driveway effortlessly, and was surprised to find that there was an even more powerful setting with just a press of a button. I was so eager to get started with my project, I did not see the flat nozzle in the box. That will come in handy for more targeted jobs and keep my leaves and helicopter seeds from blowing where I do not want them. The battery kept its charge throughout my project without any change in power from the blower. I also like that I can use one battery interchangeably with my other PWR Core tools, making multi-stage projects more efficient!

This was exactly what we needed!

The new brushless 20V Leaf Blower is exactly what we needed after purchasing our new patio home in Palm Desert, CA. It's very easy to operate this battery powered Skil cordless leaf blower, with fingertip variable speed control, and plenty of power to remove the desert sand and bougainvillea leaves that accumulates in our 2 open-ended patios each time the wind kicks up…which happens often in the valley! It's the perfect size for our property, which includes our 2 patios, a 2 car garage and driveway, and front door entry and sidewalk, where we're constantly removing debris. It's a breeze to walk from area to area without having to plug and unplug a cord and/or extension cord. My prior neighbor owned a Skil 20V Leaf Blower (bigger brother to this one), which I borrowed on occasion, so I was interested in owning a Skil product with the same quality and ease of use. This model more than meets our needs at our new home. I've shared, and recommended, this Skil leaf blower to my neighbors in our new community.

Stopped working after a month.

Used the leaf blower less than 5 times and now doesn't turn on. The battery works in another Skil tool so it's not the battery that's the issue.
