From using aveeno pore purifying facial wash i have noticed an amazing diffrence. My face has no longer been feeling dry, nor have I been struggling to completly clean off makeup. Absolutley amazing !
It isn't often I spend the time to write reviews these days, but when a product this amazing comes along, I feel I must share my thoughts with others who may be hesitant to try a new product. I have been a faithful consumer of Aveeno products for the better part of the last decade, but this face wash is by far the best product, (in my opinion), that Aveeno has yet to produce. I have now been using this face wash for 3 weeks, and cannot believe how amazing my skin looks! The last few months I have been battling with bumps breaking out on my forehead, that no matter what I used, would not go away. After only 3 days of using this face wash twice daily, the bumps were almost gone. I am pleased to report they have not returned in the weeks following! The smell is very light and pleasant, the consistency is soft but produces just the right amount of lather, and it leaves my skin feeling refreshed even when I do not follow up with moisturizer. For less than $7.00 this really is a steal. I strongly encourage others to try it out. I will be trying the Smart Essentials moisturizer next with high hopes that it will deliver as amazingly as it's counterpart.
I have been using this face wash for the past year and I love it. I have normal to dry skin during the winter and normal to oily skin during the summer. I have fairly sensitive skin and I get minimal break outs. This face wash combined with the Smart Essentials Daily Nourishing Moisterizer w/ SPF 30 has kept my skin clear and soft. I would reccommend this product to anyone with my similar skin features.
I absolutely love this cleanser! I have a really hard time finding cleansers that work well with my skin, but this one is phenominal. It's so gentle and makes my skin feel so soft. There are no greasy residues and it just feels so refreshing. The light scent is also a great touch, it gives me a nice little wake up in the a.m. Thank you Aveeno! : )
my skin has multiple personalities... sometimes, it thinks it's combination oily, then it thinks it's acne prone and other days, it think it's sensitive. with that in mind, you know that my skin is likely to be quite picky with the products i place on it. enter, this cleanser. i L-O-V-E love it! it has never irritated my skin and unlike other cleansers that claim excellent makeup removal properties, this actually takes off all of my makeup, even my waterproof mascara, without leaving a dry, stripped of natural oil feeling. it has a wonderful fresh (nonirritating) scent. i usually use finishing a cleanser as an excuse to explore and find new cleansers but no longer. as long as aveeno continues to make this, i will continue to buy it.
I've only been using it for a few days, but it leaves my skin super soft. It doesn't dry out my skin like a lot of products i've used in the past. Also, this is the best smelling face product i've ever used. It smells AMAZING!!
I have very sensitive skin and have dealt with atopic dermatitis (eczema) for a long time. Bad enough that I looked like I had seeping burns on my skin. This cleanser smells great, cleansed my skin, didn't dry it out, didn't irritate it, and best off all I have clear smooth beautiful skin. I highly recommend this. I have tried tons of sensitive skin products only to find myself inflamed and dried out because of them. This works for me, and I love it!
I love aveeno already for the body wash for sensitive skin, so when I saw they had face wash for pores I was in. It has a nice clean smell too. I have been using it since the products hit the shelf and I am amazed. My face isn't dry after washing it, my face isn't oily all day long as it used to be with the other face washes, my pores have reduced (which is amazing for me because I would get acne), and the million blackheads on my nose started reducing and now they are gone. I use this twice a day and I use the scrub at night. Perfect combo! Thank you aveeno! Now you just need to come out with makeup and I am all yours for almost everything! One bad thing is I noticed everywhere has stopped selling it in stores I have to order it online. so lame. oh well. still worth it!
I would not call this a pore wash. More like a gentle cleanser. Does a good job of removing dirt/oil and makeup, but does not clean deep into pores, I'm going to try the clear complexion foaming cleanser :) I currently have the whole smart essentials line and love it! My face is no longer blotchy and red, I'm going to continue to use the rest of the line minus this cleanser, my blackheads need a salycylic acid attack! :)
I've tried many pore facial cleansers like Biore'a and Loreal's but non of them work as well as Aveeno's! I will Definitely stick with this product bc it reduces my breakouts and makes my pores look healthy.
