I am a c section mummy and i bought this in preparation for the first months after the surgery as most cribs are really low and makes it really hard for us c-section mummys . i have not regretted it ever since . really easy to push ,pull, lift baby and put him back and very sturdy at the same time . I am 5'3 tall. The soothing vibration is helpful in helping my baby fall asleep. it doesn't come with a crib bedsheet so you will have to buy a couple of sheets and you are go to go. the storage basket has been helpful to store some extra items that comes handy throughout the day . i keep it near my bed and the peekaboo area helps me to see baby while I am in bed . I haven't used the diaper changing station yet however and find it hard to maneuver with one hand . plan on using it as a diaper changing station later in the living room when my baby graduates in to his crib. was realatively easy for hubby to assemble.
This was a nice surprise for my granddaughter who is expecting their first baby.She loved it and easily put it together.I will go for some more fun stuff for baby Joey.
It was perfect as first “grib” for our son! And it vibrates. I could have it in the living room or bedroom and it's super easy to move, so babies bed is always where it needs to be
second one i have bought. It is so versatile and very sturdy. Liked it so much that bought another one for my next grandchild.
Perfect for grandmas house. Moves easily to different rooms. Baby is comfortable in the bassinet.
This is a great bassinette for my 1 month old granddaughter. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because at some points, when putting it together, it is a real knuckle-buster! It's a little difficult to assemble. My husband was able to complete it after watching a YouTube video. The booklet instructions were not thorough enough. Once put together, it is a solid, sturdy bassinette. My granddaughter will get a couple more months of use. I like the storage area below the bassinette. For some reason the "umbrella" will not extend completely. I also love the wheels with locks. Overall I am satisfied with it. I will definitely pass it on because I am sure it will still be in great condition.
My review echoes what others have said: nice, lightweight, attractive bassinet and nice to have a “second life” to it as a changing table when baby grows into a crib. BUT it quickly caves in the middle. My baby is not even eight weeks old and is very tiny (5lb 9oz at birth and not yet 9lbs now) and still the middle of the mattress dips so it's not flat and so the baby's face is well below the mesh side panels. I think a lot of this has to do with how you have to bend the mattress in the middle to change the cover (by the way, there should be more— and easier to find— options for replacement covers). The materials has to be flimsy enough to bend into the cover and then every time you do it creates a crease in the middle. I don't think we will be able to use this much longer.
The bassinet is fantastic with the vibrations. Our little one has no problems sleeping in it. However we can't get it to flip to the changing side. It worked when we first put it together and a short time later once baby arrived it didn't flip anymore.
Bought this bassinet less than three weeks ago, absolutely loved it until the mattress started to concave in the middle. Beginning to not be safe for our baby.
This bassinet is super cute, however the mattress pad is so thin and soft it sinks and causes baby to turn on her side. She is a week old and only weighs 6lbs so I can only imagine how much worse it will get as she gains weight. I hate to return it because it is adorable and matches her car seat, but I would prefer safe over cute. I wish I had read all the reviews prior to buying it as others have this same issue. I haven't even let her sleep in it once because I immediately noticed it sinking and her being on her side. She could easily get on to her stomach and face. I do not recommend.
