I have been using this product for about 6 months and I am in love! I was having a tough time with dry skin last winter and I was wanting something to really give my skin a hydration boost. Picked this up along with the matching night cream and it totally changed my dry winter skin!! I only use it at night due to it being really thick but it works so well. I have also discovered that it works GREAT if you get a sunburn. It soothes and makes the burn go away a lot faster! Awesome product!
Love this product! I hope Cerave never discontinues this one! After using Cerave's Hydrating Facial Cleanser, I mix together Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion with a bit of L'Oreal Revitalift Hyaluronic Acid Serum. After that absorbs, I use less than a pea-sized amount of the Cerave Skin Renewing Gel Oil. (A little goes a long way!) It gives the perfect glow and my skin feels ultra moisturized all day. This gel oil has already made a difference in my skin care routine's effectiveness. It has absolutely improved the hydration of my skin and fine lines around my eyes are looking less noticeable. What's not to like? (BTW, I have sensitive skin and zero issues for me.) If you don't want to pair this with your makeup, you can always just use this before bed for its amazing deep moisturizing properties.
I bought this oil after reading several positive reviews. I am amazed how well it works and doesn't clog my pores or break me out. I like to use it before sunscreen & makeup to evenly blend. I don't believe it does anything like tone or tighten saggy skin, but it does make my dull dry skin look more dewy. I wish it had SPF and full spectrum of skin colors like all-one. I dont like lid it stop working the pump part. Maybe they should put in jar with screw on lid.
I have tired "mom skin". Very dull, dry patches on my forehead and on my chin. Sensitive and I get oily in my t-zone. The Skin Renewing Gel Oil is so amazing I have now found my holy grail skincare product. This is a comfortable gel oil that sinks into my skin and leaves me with a healthy glow. I love using this product as primer under my foundation.
I am a licensed esthetician i have used everything on my skin and this has to be the best serum as its deep hydrating and never clogs, i will buy more
Love the way it feels on my skin, not greasy or overpowering. Leaves my face feeling smooth and it doesn't clog my pores. Sets my powder without overwhelming or caking. I will definitely buy this product again.
Amazing. I've never used a gel, serum or lotion that has made an instant improvement to my skin like this product has/does. This is my new favorite face gel. Worth every penny spent.
I discovered the Cerave line of products after a terrible psoriasis flare. I'm in my 30's and decided it was finally time to start taking care of my skin. If you have sensitive skin Cerave is for you! If like me, you want to age naturally without interventions like Botox, fillers, and facelifts, and STILL have glowing, healthy, smooth skin, Cerave is for you! These are the products I use day/night, and the order I use them: Daytime: Step 1: Cleanse- with Hydrating Facial Cleanser (not pictured) I use a rubber facial brush to wash my face. Step 2: Tone- Hydrating Toner It's gentle on the face while removing dirt and debris. Step 3: Serum- Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum This makes my skin feel so smooth and acts as a nice base for the other products. Step 4: Eyes- Eye Repair Cream Love this for the sensitive under eye area, it's just thick enough to feel luxurious without being sticky. Step 5: Serum- Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum Love this to brighten my face each morning! Step 6: Moisturizer/Sunscreen- Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 Protects my skin without feeling thick or leaving white streaks Step 7: Hands and Neck- I use the tub of Moisturizing Cream on my hands and neck I love the thickness of this product. Now I'm ready to apply my makeup or go without! *I always finish with a jade face roller. I find this really helps all the products to absorb. Nighttime: Step 1: Cleanse- with Hydrating Facial Cleanser (not pictured) I use a rubber facial brush to wash my face. Makes my skin feel less oily and makes me look alot younger.
I really liked this product. A little goes a long way. It is still kinda pricey for how much you get though. I like to put it on dry spots that I get from retinol. I would probably buy again if I see it on sale.
