[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tub has a ring around so always look dirty. Not a good look.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really sets off the soaking Kohler tub We bought. The fit and finish are great.
Looks gorgeous, the large oval overflow just give the bathtub a very carry and spectacular look.. Its the main reason I chose the bath tub that I did
The delicate finishes of Kohler completed the whole look of my new bathroom. No need for a trip to the spa when the luxury is already in my home.
This overflow drain looks awesome with my new archer bathtub. Super sleek and I love the updated design. Also, allows for a super deep soak vs tubs of old where baths would be spent listening to the water trickle down the drain
The reason I purchased this is because I bought the Kohler Archer whirlpool tub, and the drain needed to be installed with it. It works perfectly and matches the other Kohler shower accessories I bought.
I love Kohler products bought a new tub and two new toilets. The accessory they told me to get with the tub was a drain It was plastic so when It came my contractor could not use It I called Kohler and they were great and refunded me but It just declaimed my work
The slotted overflow bath drain was vey expensive compared to generic version that were available. On positive note it was customized to my new Kohler tub which really made installation achievable by my contractor. It was tight fit into my existing plumbing but in the end it worked The generic version would have had to be modified to work with my new tub.
I really like the design of the overflow drain but the color is much darker than it is pictured. If you have gold or brass type fixtures I would not suggest the satin gold color but probably the polished brass. The gold is way darker than any other sink fixture or anything to try and match. Wish Kohler had a satin brass option as well instead of just a polished brass.
Our plumber installed this on Archer tub on a 2nd floor. The overflow has a serious design issue. It's held with one screw on the bottom side and 2 on the top. The single screw can't hold enough pressure to keep the gasket in place tightly enough to prevent water from flowing between it and the outer tub wall. We're calling “the Kohler specialist tomorrow. Excessive silicone didn't do the trick. And, even if it did, that's not a long term fix. What a mess.
